PICKLED VEGETABLE-BASED EDIBLE PACKAGING PAPER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed in one aspect is a pickled vegetable-based edible packaging paper, the raw material of which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 92-95 parts of a high dietary fiber-level pickled vegetable, a compounding thickener (0.6-0.8 parts of pectin, 0.6-0.8 parts of potato starch, and 0.2-0.4 parts of soy protein), and a compounding plasticizer (3-4 parts of sorbitol, and 0.5-1.5 parts of citral); and further disclosed in another aspect is a method for preparing a pickled vegetable-based edible packaging paper. The pickled vegetable paper of the present invention is a novel pickled vegetable-based product having both edible and practical functions, which product is rich in dietary fibers, retains the unique flavor and color of the pickled vegetable, has toughness and non-stickiness to teeth, and is soft and easy to process after being wetted.
METHOD FOR PREPARING UNBLEACHED BIOMECHANICAL PULP FROM STRAW
A method for preparing unbleached biomechanical pulp from straw. Straw is used as a raw material, which is firstly pre-treated with hot water and hot steam, added with a small amount of alkali, and then softened by saturation with hot water, enzymatically treated by adding alkaline biological enzymes, refined, and washed. This method has the advantage that the whole production process does not need alkali recovery, thereby avoiding environmental pollution from the source. This technology conforms to the national industrial policy of resource conservation, economic recycling, energy saving and emission reduction. The present invention overcomes the problems of difficulty in recovering the alkali wastewater accompanying straw pulp and serious pollution in the prior art. This is of great significance for the industrial production of straw pulp and the development of the paper industry.
DEFIBRATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND FIBER PROCESSING APPARATUS
A defibration processing apparatus includes: an input port into which a raw material is input; a rotating body that rotates about a rotary shaft; a stationary member that covers at least part of the rotating body; and a discharge port through which a defibrated object obtained by the rotating body and the stationary member defibrating the raw material is discharged, in which the rotating body has a plurality of rotating blades protruding in a direction away from the rotation center shaft, and the stationary member has a configuration in which a screen having a plurality of openings is disposed in at least part of the stationary member in a direction of the rotation center shaft and surrounds the rotating body in a rotation direction.
Hemp separation methods and apparatus
The present invention provides improved hemp decortication systems and methods, and include multi stage segmenting, cleaning, and combing methods and apparatus for separating fibrous plant stalk, and particularly for separating hemp bast fiber from hemp hurd.
WEB MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND SHEET MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A web manufacturing apparatus includes a defibration section that includes a rotating blade and is configured to defibrate a material containing fiber, a detection section configured to detect an electric charge amount of a defibrated material obtained by the defibration section, and a control section configured to control operation of the defibration section. The control section includes a first mode in which a revolution speed of the rotating blade is set based on a detection result of the detection section.
Sheet manufacturing apparatus
A sheet manufacturing apparatus includes a crusher unit, a defibrator unit, a second web forming unit, and a shaping unit. The crusher unit coarsely crushes a raw material that contains fibers into coarsely crushed pieces. The defibrator unit defibrates coarsely crushed pieces into defibrated material. The second web forming unit forms a web by accumulating defibrated material. The shaping unit forms a sheet from the web. The crusher unit is positioned vertically below the shaping unit.
Processing print media including marked portions and unmarked portions
Examples to process print media (105) are defined herein. At least one marked cell from a plurality of cells (305) extending throughout a processed image of the print media (105) is detected. The processed image of the print media (105) may include marked portions (110) and unmarked portions (115). Further, the marked cell overlays a marked portion of the processed image. Once the marked cell is detected, the marked portions (110) of the print media (105) corresponding to the marked portions (110) of the processed image may be determined and separated from the print media (105) to provide a processed media (130) comprising the unmarked portions (115).
PROCESS FOR RECOVERING HIGHER SUGAR FROM BIOMASS
An advantageous process for pre-treating lignocellulosic biomass to hydrolysable polysaccharide enriched biomass with reduced amount of inhibitors of catalysis comprising steps of: providing a feedstock comprising cellulosic biomass; chopping of cellulosic biomass to have a cellulosic biomass feed material of uniform size; feeding of uniform sized feed material to a horizontal counter current extraction unit; removing excess of water from the feed material obtained from the extraction unit; soaking the extruded feed material obtained from the extraction unit; optionally removing excess of water from the feed material obtained after acid soaking; steam pre-treating the feed material obtained after removing excess of water from the acid soaked feed material; neutralizing the slurry obtained from the steam pre-treating; and optionally saccharifying the neutralized slurry.
HYALURONATE NONWOVEN FABRIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a hyaluronate nonwoven fabric composed of hyaluronate fibers and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein a nonwoven fabric composed of only pure hyaluronate is provided without the addition of any heterogeneous fiber, such as PVA which is a binding fiber essentially added during a wet-laid nonwoven fabric manufacturing process, so that a nonwoven fabric composed of only hyaluronate fibers with excellent human compatibility and without cytotoxicity, skin irritation, and the like can be provided, and thus can be used as patches for cosmetic patches, wet wound dressings, tissue adhesion barrier membranes, and the like.
