Industrial fabric
The object of the present invention is to provide an industrial fabric which exhibits an excellent surface smoothness and an excellent filtering ability, while at the same time reduces the generation of the hydration mark. The industrial fabric of the present invention including at least one upper surface side fabric constituted by upper surface side warps and upper surface side wefts and at least one lower surface side fabric constituted by lower surface side warps and lower surface side wefts, said at least one upper surface side fabric comprising at least one concave binding yarn for pulling down including a portion where a single knuckle is formed and at least one convex binding yarn for pushing up located to be adjacent to said at least one concave binding yarn for pulling down, and said at least one convex binding yarn for pushing up passes under at least one or more said upper surface side warps or said upper surface side wefts woven with a portion where a single knuckle of said at least one concave binding yarn for pulling down is formed and includes at least two or more knuckles which are formed by passing over another upper surface side warp or another upper surface side weft located adjacent to said upper surface side warps or said upper surface side wefts.
Multi-layer papermaker's forming fabric with auxiliary bottom MD yarns
A papermaker's fabric includes a series of repeat units, wherein each of the repeat units includes: a set of top machine direction MD yarns having a first diameter; a set of bottom MD yarns having a second diameter larger than the first diameter; a set of auxiliary bottom MD yarns having the first diameter; a set of top cross machine direction CMD yarns interwoven with the top MD yarns to form a top fabric layer; a set of bottom CMD yarns interwoven with the bottom MD yarns and the auxiliary bottom MD yarns to form a bottom fabric layer; and a set of stitching yarns arranged in pairs, wherein at least one of the stitching yarns of the pair interweaves with the top and bottom fabric layers.
Papermaking fabric
A papermaking fabric for fibrous web forming or processing machines extends in MD and CD-directions and includes top and bottom fabric layers bound by binder yarns. The top layer is a web contacting side with top weave structures having interwoven first MD and first CD-yarns. The bottom layer is a machine contacting side with bottom weave structures having interwoven second MD and second CD-yarns. The top weave structure has repeats and forms fiber compression areas and fiber support areas recessed in thickness direction of the fabric relative to the fiber compression areas on the web side and fiber support areas separated by fiber compression areas or vice versa. A fiber compression area has adjacent top MD-floats on the web side or adjacent top CD-floats on the web side and a fiber support area has first MD and first CD-yarns interwoven in plain weave.
CLOTHING FOR PAPER MACHINES OR PULP DEWATERING MACHINES AND THE USE OF SUCH A CLOTHING
A clothing for paper or pulp dewatering machines comprising monofilaments comprising a partially aromatic polyamide. A machine-side fabric layer is provided, and at least the machine-side fabric layer comprises monofilaments with a partially aromatic polyamide. The clothing comprises or is formed by longitudinal threads extending in a running direction and transverse threads extending transversely to the longitudinal threads, and at least some of the transverse filaments are monofilaments with a partially aromatic polyamide.
Woven base fabric with laser energy absorbent MD and CD yarns and tissue product made using the same
A structured tissue belt assembly including a supporting layer, a non-woven web contacting layer, and one or more laser welds that attach the bottom surface of the web contacting layer to the top surface of the supporting layer. The structured tissue belt assembly allows for air flow in x, y and z directions. In exemplary embodiments, the structured tissue belt assembly has an embedment distance between the supporting layer and the web contacting layer of 0.05 mm to 0.60 mm and a peel force between the web contacting layer and the supporting layer of at least 650 gf/inch.
