AQUEOUS EXFOLIATED GRAPHENE BY AMPHIPHILIC CELLULOSE NANOFIBRILS FOR FOLDABLE AND MOISTURE-RESPONSIVE NANOPAPER
The present invention describes a method for preparing graphene by mixing graphite and carbon nanofibrils. The prepared graphene can be used to form nanopaper. The present invention also provides a method of preparing nanopaper by suspending cellulose nanofibrils and graphene, followed by vacuum filtering of the suspension.
FILTRATION APPARATUS CONTAINING GRAPHENE OXIDE MEMBRANE
Embodiments described herein relate generally to graphene oxide membranes for fluid filtration and more specifically to graphene oxide membranes having tunable permeability, rejection rate, and flux. Some embodiments of the graphene oxide membranes disclosed herein are characterized as having a flux of at least about 2.5×10.sup.−4 gallons per square foot per day per psi with a 1 wt % lactose solution at room temperature, and a lactose rejection rate of at least 50% with a 1 wt % lactose solution.

FLAME-RESISTANT PAPER FOR RADIO WAVE ABSORBER MEMBER AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SAME
An object of the present invention is to provide, in particular, flame-resistant paper for a radio wave absorber member, the flame-resistant paper being unlikely to break during the production process and having favorable producibility in addition to being suitable for a radio wave absorber member and having high flame resistance. The flame-resistant paper for a radio wave absorber member according to the present invention contains pulp, aluminum hydroxide, guanidine phosphate, a binder, and a conductive substance, in which the content of the pulp is 5 to 20 mass%, the content of the aluminum hydroxide is 40 to 70 mass%, the content of the guanidine phosphate is 10 to 20 mass%, the content of the binder is 5 to 10 mass%, and the content of the conductive substance is 0.1 to 12 mass%.
METHOD FOR MAKING A CARBON FIBRE FROM A PAPER PRODUCT
Disclosed is a method for making a carbon fibre from a paper product. The method includes preparing a cellulose-based fibre by crushing the paper product, dissolving the crushed material obtained in an aqueous phosphoric acid solution to form a spinning solution, and forming a cellulose-based continuous fibre by use of a solvent spinning process. The cellulose fibre formed in this way is subjected to carbonisation treatment in order to form a carbon fibre.
