Paper for transfer pattern printing

The invention relates to a transfer paper (4) for use for transferring a print of ink onto a fabric, said transfer paper comprising: i) a base paper (2); ii) an additive (8) comprising a starch component, and a binding agent; wherein said starch component being a starch selected from the group comprising: unmodified starch or a modified starch or a mixture thereof; and wherein said binding agent being a binding agent selected from the group comprising: an alkyl ketene dimer, a tall oil/fumaric acid copolymer, a styrene/acrylate copolymer and an alkenyl succinic anhydride and a mixture thereof; wherein said base paper (2) comprises an amount of said additive by being impregnated therewith; and wherein said base paper (2) having a water uptake as defined by a Cobb-45 value of 10-100 g/m.sup.2 and a having a Gurley porosity of 10-140 seconds. The present invention furthermore relates to uses of the transfer paper (4).

The method according to the invention for producing a grass fibre-containing liquid packaging board has the following steps, specifically: providing a fibre suspension formed from at least a first and second pulp type, wherein the first pulp type is constituted by grass fibres, and the second pulp type is selected from a group of pulps which comprises primary fibres such as chemical pulp, for example sulphate pulp or sulphite pulp, in each case based on long-fibre wood or short-fibre wood, wood pulp, and synthetic fibres or recycled fibres based on one or more recycled paper classifications, mixing and/or swelling the fibres in the pulp suspension under predefined conditions with respect to material density and temperature, grinding the at least two pulp types together in a pulp suspension to a degree of dewatering between 40° SR and 60° SR, adding starch and/or a sizing agent as an additive in the mass, diluting the pulp suspension and producing a board on a paper machine, surface sizing the board using at least one starch-containing suspension, and drying the paper structure to a dry content between 4% and 10%.

A method for producing a cellulose product from an air-formed cellulose blank structure comprising the steps; providing a cellulose blank structure which is air-formed from cellulose fibres; applying, in a first application step (S.sub.A1), an alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion to the cellulose blank structure, and applying, in a second application step (S.sub.A2) a latex dispersion to the cellulose blank structure arranging the cellulose blank structure with the applied alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion and latex dispersion in a forming mould; heating the cellulose blank structure to a forming temperature (T.sub.F) in the range of 100° C. to 300° C., and forming the cellulose product from the cellulose blank structure in the forming mould, by pressing the heated cellulose blank structure with the applied alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion and latex dispersion with a forming pressure (P.sub.F) of at least 1 MPa, preferably 4-20 MPa.

Since the sanitary paper manufactured by the disclosed method has water resistance, appropriate wet strength, flexibility, and water dispersibility, the sanitary paper is easy to wrap and sanitarily carry dog feces, and the sanitary paper does not cause the clogging of a toilet when it is disposed therein along with the dog feces.
