TEXTURIZED PRINTABLE COATING AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
A texturized printable paper, along with methods of its formation and use, is provided. The texturized printable paper may include a base sheet having a first surface and a second surface, and a texturized printable coating on the first surface of the base sheet. The texturized printable coating may include a starch component; a plurality of first calcium carbonate particles having an average particle size of about 12 m to about 50 m; a plurality of oxide microparticles; and a plurality of polymeric microparticles having an average particle size of that is about 0.1 m to about 1 m.
DRYING PROCESS
The present invention refers to a process for making a calcium carbonate containing material, wherein the process includes a specific drying procedure and allows for the provision of calcium carbonate materials with reduced moisture pick-up and low porosity.

Titanium dioxide-free cigarette tipping inks
The present invention provides a method for printing high opacity images or coatings using solvent based inks comprising hollow polymeric microspheres, wherein the inks do not contain titanium dioxide. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified titanium dioxide as possibly carcinogenic to humans, The method of the present invention allows one to avoid the use of inks that rely on titanium oxide for high opacity, which has become of importance for articles that come into contact with one's mouth, for example, cigarette tipping papers.

Process for manufacturing aqueous suspensions of mineral materials or dried mineral materials, the obtained products, as well as uses thereof
The invention relates to a process for manufacturing aqueous mineral material suspensions or dried mineral materials using at least one lithium ion neutralised water-soluble organic polymer, the ground mineral materials obtained by this process, the use of the mineral materials in paper, paints and plastics, as well as the use of the lithium ion neutralised water-soluble organic polymer in the manufacturing process as a dispersing and/or grinding enhancer.
