METHOD FOR PRODUCING SHEET FOR HEAT-INSULATING FOAMED PAPER CONTAINER
[Problem] The problem that unevenness occurs in the foam layer and the insulating property deteriorates when lamination is carried out at high speed was clarified in a process for producing a sheet for a foam insulating paper container. Specifically, the problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a sheet for a foam insulating paper container that can be foamed without unevenness even when laminated at high speed.
[Solution] The present inventors discovered that the problem addressed by the present invention can be solved by a method for producing a sheet for a foam insulating paper container in which a polyethylene resin is laminated on at least one side of a paper substrate, wherein the method for producing a sheet for a foam insulating paper container is characterized in that the lamination conditions are an air gap of 150 mm or greater and a take-off speed of 70 m/min or higher.

Disclosed is a manufacturing process of intermittent coating release paper, which includes: a) undercoating; b) primary drying in a drying oven; c) printing optical marks; d) coating silicon in a section; e) accurately coating heat-sealing material on front and back sides of the base material; f) secondary drying, rolling up, the action of coating the silicon and coating the heat sealing material is precisely positioned by using the optical marks printed in the previous process. The manufactured release paper can be directly applied to the packaging of women's sanitary napkins, pads, and maternity napkins, there is no need to use spaced release paper, the whole can be degraded or recycled for pulping, and can also reduce the use of various coating materials during production, reduce production costs, thus being beneficial to improve the production level of the existing process and the ecological environment protection.

Compositions and methods for pretreating substrates for the subsequent fixing of vapor phase corrosion inhibitors
Substance combinations are disclosed which include urea, at least one chitosan biopolymer having a degree of deacetylation of from 70% to 95%, and at least one dicarboxylic acid in aqueous solution. The substance combinations are useful as primers for the pretreating substrate surfaces, in particular flat or sheet-form, non-metallic substrates, which are provided as carrier materials for vapor phase corrosion inhibitors, to enable subsequent fixing to those substrate surfaces of vapor phase corrosion inhibitors from an aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic solution containing them. Certain embodiments of the substance combination include 0.1-2% by weight chitosan biopolymer, 10-25% by weight urea, and 0.5-2.5% by weight of a dicarboxylic acid, completely dissolved in deionized water. Yet a further, related aspect of the invention relates to a carrier material for vapor phase corrosion inhibitors, wherein the vapor phase corrosion inhibitors are fixed to a substrate surface pretreated with the substance combination.

A curtain application unit for applying a liquid or pasty application medium to at least one surface of a moving material web, in particular a fibrous web, includes an application head having at least one separation edge extending substantially over the width of the application head. The application medium exits the application head in the form of a free-falling curtain at the separation edge. At least one rinsing device is used to apply a flowing gaseous rinsing medium to the at least one separation edge, and at least one blocking device is suitable for keeping air movements of the ambient air away from the curtain.
