Composite nanofiber membrane for adsorbing lithium, method of manufacturing the same and apparatus and method for recovering lithium using the same
Disclosed are a composite nanofiber membrane for the adsorption of lithium, a method for preparing the same, and a lithium recovery apparatus and method using the same. The composite nanofiber membrane for the adsorption of lithium is immobilized with manganese oxide selectively adsorptive of lithium. The composite nanofiber membrane for lithium adsorption exhibits high selectivity for lithium ions and allows for the rapid and easy diffusion of lithium ions through interstitial spaces of the adsorbent. Particularly, the lithium recovery apparatus using the composite nanofiber membrane for lithium adsorption is able to effectively adsorb lithium ions dissolved in seawater in a selective manner within a short period of time, thus reducing the time taken for the adsorption process.

FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE OF BENDABLE DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a flexible substrate of a bendable display device and a manufacturing method thereof, the flexible substrate includes a bendable base layer, which includes a bending region and a non-bending region; the flexible substrate further includes a fiber reinforced layer, which is provided on a surface of the base layer and has different distribution densities in the bending region and the non-bending region. The flexible substrate of a bendable display device provided in the present disclosure can not only protect semiconductor devices on the flexible substrate, and avoid situations such as dislocation of circuits of electronic components, low yield rate and etc., but can also disperse bending stress generated when the flexible substrate is bent, thereby prolonging the bending life of the display device.
Fine fiber media layer
Disclosed are improved polymer materials. Also disclosed are fine fiber materials that can be made from the improved polymeric materials in the form of microfiber and nanofiber structures. The microfiber and nanofiber structures can be used in a variety of useful applications including the formation of filter materials.
Ultrafine Fiber Printing System
An ultrafine fiber printing system contains a moving deck having a nozzle seat that disposed on the moving deck. A pipe is installed in the nozzle seat and a nozzle is disposed at the bottom end of the pipe. The upper portion and the lower portion of the pipe are combined with a heat dissipating unit and heater respectively. The top end of the pipe is connected to a feed tube having an outer end being connected with a thread squeezer. A printing platform is disposed around the moving deck. The nozzle is connected to a static electricity supply and the fiber carrier is grounded. An electric field is formed between the nozzle and the fiber carrier. The droplets exported from the nozzle are stretched into ultrafine fibers to form a patterned fabric or product.

A functionally gradient material for guided periodontal hard and soft tissue regeneration includes a 3D printed scaffold layer and an electrospun fibrous membrane layer. The content of hydroxyapatite in the 3D printed scaffold layer is higher than the content of hydroxyapatite in the electrospun fibrous membrane layer. The pore size of the 3D printed scaffold layer is larger than the pore size of the electrospun fibrous membrane layer. The pore size of the 3D printed scaffold layer is 100-1000 μm, and the fiber diameter of the electrospun fibrous membrane layer is 300-5000 nm. The electrospun fibrous membrane layer is in a random distribution or an oriented arrangement or has a mesh structure. The thickness of the electrospun fibrous membrane layer is 0.08-1 mm.
DEVICE FOR POLYMER MATERIALS FABRICATION USING GAS FLOW AND ELECTROSTATIC FIELDS
Electrospinning (ES) produces fibers with small cross-sections and high surface area, making them ideal for a multitude of applications. Structures produced using ES methods exhibit a high surface-to-volume ratio, tunable porosity, and controllable composition. ES involves the delivery of a liquid or solid polymer to a spinneret, whereby, an initiated electric field pulls the polymer into micro to nano-scale fibers. Due to the multitude of applications for which polymer fibers can be used, it is desirable to provide an efficient and portable ES device that allows on-demand deposition of polymer materials. The invention that is subject of this patent application is a portable ES device that allows ideal deposition on a substrate regardless of whether that substrate is attached to high voltage or grounded, and regardless of whether or not there is a charged or grounded substrate behind the desired deposition surface.
