Fabric having tobacco entangled with structural fibers
A smokeless tobacco product includes smokeless tobacco and structural fibers. The structural fibers forming a network in which the smokeless tobacco is entangled. The structural fibers have a composition different from the smokeless tobacco. The tobacco-entangled fabric can have an overall oven volatiles content of at least 10 weight percent. In some embodiments, the structural fibers form a nonwoven network. In some embodiments, fibrous structures of the smokeless tobacco are entangled with the structural fibers.
LAUNDERABLE PLANT-BASED SUBSTRATE THAT IS THERMALLY BONDED WITH BIOBASED FIBERS
Described herein are nonwoven fabrics, wipers, and methods of making thereof. According to one or more aspects, a nonwoven fabric includes an entangled web of individualized bast fibers and polylactic acid (PLA) fibers. At least a portion of the bast fibers and a portion of the PLA fibers are thermally bonded together.

NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR SKIN CARE PRODUCTS
Provided is a nonwoven fabric for skin care products. The nonwoven fabric includes: a thermoplastic resin fiber having a single fiber diameter of 50 nm or more and 800 nm or less; and a cellulose fiber having a tensile strength measured in accordance with JIS L 1015:2010 8.7.2 of 1.9 cN/dtex or less. A total content of the thermoplastic resin fiber and the cellulose fiber is 85% by mass or more relative to a total mass of the nonwoven fabric for skin care products, and a content ratio by mass of the thermoplastic resin fiber and the cellulose fiber (Thermoplastic resin fiber/Cellulose fiber) is 0.06 to 0.22.
HYDROENTANGLED FIBROUS STRUCTURES
An absorbent article having a topsheet; an absorbent core; and a secondary topsheet positioned between the topsheet and the absorbent core is described. The secondary topsheet has a basis weight of about 35 grams per square meter (gsm) to about 65 gsm, and a hydroentangled fibrous structure having a machine direction (MD) bending stiffness of 0.2 mN.Math.cm to 12 mN.Math.cm according to EDANA Test Method WSP 090.5, and a substantially homogenous blend of fibers. The blend of fibers has a first fibrous component, a second fibrous component, and a third fibrous component, wherein the first fibrous component includes cellulose fibers of from between about 1.3 to 7.0 dtex; wherein the second fibrous component has a second dtex, wherein the third fibrous component comprises a third dtex which is smaller than the second dtex.

SHEET MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD OF SHEET MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A sheet manufacturing apparatus is an apparatus that heats a material containing fibers to form a sheet, and includes a heating portion that heats the material, and a control portion that controls a temperature at which the heating portion heats the material. The control portion sets a temperature of the heating portion to a first temperature in a first state where the sheet manufacturing apparatus manufactures the sheet, and sets the temperature of the heating portion to a second temperature lower than the first temperature at a predetermined timing in a second state where the sheet is not manufactured, or at a predetermined timing when a state of the sheet manufacturing apparatus is shifted to the state where the sheet is not manufactured.
LAMINATES INCLUDING A FLAME RETARDANT NEEDLE PUNCH NONWOVEN AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
Provided herein are laminates including a flame retardant needle punch nonwoven along with methods of making and using the same. In some embodiments, the laminate comprises a first nonwoven fabric layer that is a spun bond nonwoven layer comprising polypropylene fibers; a second nonwoven fabric layer that is a needle punch nonwoven layer comprising a flame retardant; and an adhesive, wherein the adhesive adheres the first and second nonwoven fabric layers together. The laminate may be used as a filler cloth and/or in manufacturing mattresses.
