NONWOVEN RECYCLABLE FABRIC AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A nonwoven recyclable fabric and associated methods are provided. The fabric is formed from 100% polyester, and may also include surface coatings such as hydrophilic coatings to promote heat transfer as well moisture vapor transmission rates and/or a silicone coating to promote fabric smoothness and reduce abrasiveness of the fabric. The polyester fibers forming the fabric are obtained from a mixture of monocomponent high melt polyester fibers and bicomponent high/low melt polyester fibers. The bicomponent fibers have a high melt polyester core, and a low melt polyester outer sheath. The fibers are hydroentangled with one another. After entanglement, the low melt outer sheaths are melted to form a low melt binder interspersed with the high melt polyester fibers and the remaining high melt polyester cores. The binder fuses to these fibers to provide desirable strength characteristics.

GARMENT
A garment of the present invention is a garment (1) including: a covering fabric; padding to be filled inside the covering fabric; and quilting stitches (2a, 2b). The padding is a polyester staple fiber cotton including fibers having a circular outer peripheral cross section and has an open fiber structure. The fibers constituting the padding have an irregular diameter, and a smoothing agent is fixed to surfaces of the fibers. Thus, it is possible to provide a garment free from problems of uneven distribution of padding after repeated washing, fatigue, etc., and having favorable water removability at the time of washing, quick dryability, and a favorable sliding property between fibers even though synthetic fiber cotton is used as the padding. This garment is suitable as a garment for sports to be washed repeatedly. Further, since the garment can be worn in a puffy state even when wet with sweat, rain, snow, water, etc., it dries quickly by the body temperature and prevents the coldness of the body.

Textile flat structure for electrical insulation
A textile fabric includes: a base body having at least one layer, the at least one layer comprising PEN, copolymers, and/or blends thereof as a binding component. The binding component is obtainable by applying temperatures above a glass transition temperature of a binding fiber sheath polymer to core/sheath binding fibers, in which the binding fiber sheath polymer contains PEN, copolymers, and/or blends thereof.
RECYCLABLE, ASYMMETRICAL-FACED COMPOSITE NONWOVEN TEXTILE
Aspects herein are directed to a recyclable, asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile suitable for use in apparel and other articles and methods of making the same. In example aspects, the asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile includes a first face formed, at least in part from a first entangled web of fibers and an opposite second face formed, at least in part from a second entangled web of fibers. When incorporated into an article of apparel, the first face forms an outer-facing surface of the article of apparel, and the second face forms an inner-facing surface of the article of apparel. The first face includes features making it suitable to form the outer-facing surface such as resistance to abrasion, and the second face includes features making it suitable to form an inner-facing surface such as a soft hand.
