Nonwoven textile for footwear with entangled folded edge
An article and method includes a nonwoven textile forming at least part of an upper of an article of footwear and binding fibers entangled with fibers of the folded portion and the major portion, the edge being secured, at least in part, to the major surface. The nonwoven textile is comprised of fibers and has a major portion and a folded portion, the folded portion including an edge of the nonwoven textile folded over to bring the edge in contact, at least in part, with a major surface of the major portion to form a folded edge.

Drying device and drying method for a textile material web
A drying method and to a drying device (2) for a moist material web (4) which is composed of a textile fibrous material and which has for example been compacted using liquid jets (45). The drying device (2) includes a drying chamber (22) with an aeration (ventilating) device (29) and an inlet (18), an outlet (19) and a fluid-permeable conveying device (23) for the running material web (4). The material web (4) is transported within the drying chamber (22) by the conveying device (23) and is dried using a heated gas, in particular air. The drying device (2) additionally has a suction device (5) which locally suctions and discharges liquid, in particular water, which is contained in the material web (4) by a suction flow (6) at one or more suction locations (53) at the material web (4).

GAS DIFFUSION SYSTEM WITH HIGH PURITY
A method for producing a gas diffusion layer for a fuel cell, including providing a fiber composition which includes carbon fibers and/or precursors of carbon fibers and subjecting the fiber composition to a method for producing a fibrous web. The method further includes consolidating the fibrous web by exposure to aqueous fluid jets to form a nonwoven, water used by the aqueous fluid jets having a conductivity of at most 250 microsiemens/cm at 25 C. If the fiber composition includes precursors of carbon fibers, the nonwoven is subjected to pyrolysis at a temperature of at least 1000 C.

Reflective textile
Aspects herein are directed to a reflective textile, and articles of apparel, uppers for an article of footwear constructed therefrom, comprising a reflective material dispersed between a first and second surface of the textile in a first zone. The first zone reflects a greater amount of light than a second zone of the textile. Other aspects herein are directed to a method of manufacturing a reflective textile or article having a portion comprising a reflective textile.
