Recyclable, asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile having varied denier
Aspects herein are directed to a recyclable, asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile suitable for use in apparel and other articles and methods of making the same. In example aspects, the asymmetrical-faced composite nonwoven textile includes a first face formed, at least in part from a first entangled web of fibers and an opposite second face formed, at least in part from a second entangled web of fibers. When incorporated into an article of apparel, the first face forms an outer-facing surface of the article of apparel, and the second face forms an inner-facing surface of the article of apparel. The first face includes features making it suitable to form the outer-facing surface such as resistance to abrasion, and the second face includes features making it suitable to form an inner-facing surface such as a soft hand.
Semipermeable membrane support
A semipermeable membrane support containing polyolefin-based fibers, which can withstand repeated washing and backwashing, makes it easy for a semipermeable membrane component to permeate thereinto and difficult for the component to strike therethrough, and is excellent in adhesion to the semipermeable membrane and adhesion between a non-coating surface thereof and a resin frame. The semipermeable membrane support which is used by forming the semipermeable membrane thereon is a wet-laid nonwoven fabric containing core-sheath type conjugate fibers composed of polypropylene as a core component and polyethylene as a sheath component and has a burst strength of 300 to 1,000 kPa, or the Bekk smoothness and 75? mirror surface glossiness of the coating surface on which the semipermeable membrane is to be formed of the semipermeable membrane support being more than the Bekk smoothness and 75? mirror surface glossiness of a non-coating surface on the opposite side.
COSMETIC
An elastic body for holding a cosmetic, which can suppress that the cosmetic included in the elastic body for holding a cosmetic is taken out from the elastic body in a large amount at a time at the initial stage of use, wherein the elastic body for holding a cosmetic has a three-dimensional structure, and at least a dense fibrous surface layer and a sparse fibrous substrate; a cosmetic-containing elastic body in which a cosmetic is included in the elastic body for holding cosmetic; and a cosmetic article having the cosmetic-containing elastic body.
NONWOVEN RECYCLABLE FABRIC AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A nonwoven recyclable fabric and associated methods are provided. The fabric is formed from 100% polyester, and may also include surface coatings such as hydrophilic coatings to promote heat transfer as well moisture vapor transmission rates and/or a silicone coating to promote fabric smoothness and reduce abrasiveness of the fabric.
NONWOVEN LAMINATE FABRIC COMPRISING MELTBLOWN AND SPUNDBOND LAYERS
The invention relates to a nonwoven laminate fabric comprising a meltblown nonwoven layer sandwiched between first and second spundbond nonwoven layers, wherein at least one of the spundbond layers is a high loft spunbond nonwoven layer comprising or consisting of crimped multicomponent fibers.
BI-COMPONENT STAPLE OR SHORT-CUT TRILOBAL FIBRES AND THEIR USES
A bi-component staple or short-cut fibre includes a core and a sheath, the sheath and the core have different melting points, with the sheath melting point being lower than the core melting point, the bi-component fibre having an outer trilobal shaped cross-section. The core of the bi-component fibre can have a cross-section whereby the outer trilobal shaped cross-section is created by a conformal layer of sheath material applied to the core.
The fibres can be used, in dry or wet wipes, absorbent articles, hygiene products, filters, carpets, rugs or mats, etc.
Nonwoven and stretchable laminate
Nonwovens that have excellent stretchability in both the machine direction and the cross direction, and laminates including such nonwovens. The nonwoven includes fibers having a core-in-sheath structure including a core part and sheath part. The core part includes a thermoplastic elastomer. The sheath part includes a polyolefin having a melt flow rate greater than or equal to 100 g/10 minutes, and a viscosity lower than the thermoplastic elastomer at a specific temperature selected in a temperature range of from 220 C. to 260 C.
PRIMARY BASE FABRIC FOR TUFTED CARPET, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A primary base fabric for a tufted carpet includes a first non-woven web and a second non-woven web laminated on each other. The first non-woven web is constituted with a first constituent fiber formed with a first thermoplastic resin and containing carbon. The second non-woven web is constituted with a second constituent fiber formed with a second thermoplastic resin and having a carbon content lower than the carbon content of the first constituent fiber or containing no carbon. The primary base fabric is a product prepared by combining the first non-woven web and the second non-woven web through an emboss processing.
Molded Object And Method For Manufacturing the Same
The present invention relates to a molded object and a method for manufacturing the same. The molded object according to the present invention has high density and enhanced properties such as flexural strength or tensile strength, has a small weight change caused by moisture absorption even when used for a long period of time, and has small changes in flexural strength, tensile strength and the like, and therefore, is suited to be used as household materials, industrial materials or the like.
COSMETIC CARRIER AND COSMETIC CONTAINER HOUSING SAME
The present invention is to provide a cosmetic carrier 10 capable of suppressing swelling even when it is impregnated with a cosmetic having flowability, and to provide a cosmetic container 30 housing the same. The cosmetic carrier 10 for impregnating and holding the cosmetic having flowability is formed of a fibrous aggregate having a core-sheath structure.
