The water apparatus comprises an air-tight water storage unit (110) configured to store water, an air channel (120) configured to allow air to enter the water storage unit at a predetermined height level so as to regulate the water pressure in the water storage unit, and a water delivery tube (130) connected to a component of the household appliance at which water is utilized for performing a function of the household appliance.
Hand-held garment steamer with scale collection chamber
The present application relates to a hand-held garment steamer (1) comprising a steam generating chamber (5) having a surface (9) and a heater (10) to heat the surface (9) such that water fed onto the surface (9) is converted into steam. The hand-held garment steamer (1) further comprises a scale collection chamber (14) having an opening (25). The surface (9) and opening (25) are positioned relative to each other and configured so that when the garment steamer (1) is in a first orientation (A) in which the surface (9) extends downwardly away from the opening (25), water fed onto the surface (9) flows away from the opening (25) to be evaporated from the surface (9). When the garment steamer (1) is in a second orientation (B) in which the surface (9) extends downwardly towards the opening (25), scale dislodged from the surface (9) falls into the scale collection chamber (14) through the opening (25). The scale collection chamber (14) is located below the steam generating chamber (5) in both the first orientation (A) and the second orientation (B). The present application also relates to a garment steaming system (40) comprising the hand-held garment steamer (1).
Water tube and a steamer having the same
A water tube is adapted for use in a steamer. The steamer has a steam chamber and a heating plate that is disposed under the steam chamber. The water tube includes a tubular main body, a dividing body, and a plurality of ribs. The main body defines a channel extending in a flowing direction. The channel has an inlet portion, and an outlet portion that is opposite to and disposed downstream of the inlet portion, and that is adapted to extend into the steam chamber. The dividing body is inserted into the outlet portion of the channel. The ribs extend from the dividing body to the main body, and cooperate with the dividing body to divide the outlet portion of the channel into a plurality of outlet holes.
Steam iron
A steam iron is adapted for ironing a piece of cloth with steam generated thereby. The steam iron includes a machine body unit, a sole plate unit, a water supply unit, a heating unit, and a control unit. The sole plate unit is connected to a bottom end of the machine body unit. The water supply unit is connected to the machine body unit and includes a pump that is adapted for supplying water to the sole plate unit. The heating unit is connected to the sole plate unit and heats up the sole plate unit so that the water supplied to the sole plate unit is heated to form the steam. The control unit is connected to the machine body unit, measures moving speed of the steam iron and controls water output of the pump based on the moving speed of the steam iron.

Steam iron with thermal bridge arrangement
The present application relates to a steam iron (10) for ironing garments. The steam iron (10) comprises a steam generator (11), an ironing plate (13) and a thermal bridge arrangement (14). The steam generator (11) comprises a main body (11A) and a heating element (12) to heat the main body (11 A). The thermal bridge arrangement (14) extends between the main body (11A) and a thermal coupling area (15) of the ironing plate (13) to heat the ironing plate (13) by conduction of heat from the main body (11A). The thermal bridge arrangement (14) comprises a first portion (16) extending in a first direction (A) away from the thermal coupling area (15) and a second portion (17) extending in a second direction (B) towards the thermal coupling area (15). This invention allows promoting steam generation operating in a high temperature for a better steam capability, while keeping a lower temperature of the ironing plate which prevents damaging garments during ironing.

Steaming Appliance
In one embodiment, the present disclosure relates to a steam pressing appliance that includes a handle connected to a steam release nozzle. The steam release nozzle includes a heating body with an instant vaporization chamber and an electrical resistor regulated by a thermostat in order to keep the temperature of the vaporization chamber around a set-point temperature. The appliance also includes an electric pump to inject liquid into the vaporization chamber. The pump is controlled by a drive circuit that receives information from the thermostat on whether power is being supplied to the electrical resistor. The drive circuit modifies the operating conditions of the pump in accordance with whether or not current is supplied through the electrical resistor, operating in a first flow mode when current flows through the electrical resistor and operating in a second flow mode when no current flows through the electrical resistor.
Method and device for generating steam comprising a scale container and steamer appliance with such a device
The present invention relates to a device (1) for generating steam. The device (1) comprises a plate (2) forming a surface, and a heating element (3) to heat the plate (2) to a predetermined temperature being at least above water evaporation temperature. The plate (2) is inclined at an angle compared to the horizontal direction to define an upper end and a lower end. The device (1) also comprises a water inlet arrangement (4) for dispensing water onto the plate (2) proximate the upper end, a control unit (11) to control the flow of water dispensed onto the plate (2), and a scale collection container (5) disposed adjacent to the plate (2). The control unit (11) is configured to control the flow of water dispensed onto the plate (2) and the temperature of the plate (2) so that substantially all the water dispensed onto the plate (2) evaporates before it reaches the lower end (15) of the plate (2). This invention allows an easy scale collection, thanks to the inclination angle of the plate's surface that causes the dislodged scale to travel down the plate's surface toward the lower end of the plate and, ultimately, into the container.
