TREATMENT METHOD FOR THERMAL STORAGE GOOSE DOWN AND ITS APPLICATION IN PREPARING AVIATION SUIT
20250297422 · 2025-09-25 ·

The disclosure provides a treatment method for thermal storage goose down and its disclosure in preparing aviation suit, comprising the following steps: screening, degreasing, washing and squeezing the goose down in sequence to obtain goose down raw materials, mixing potassium thiocyanate, octadecyl isothiocyanate and water and stirring until uniform, mixing nano titanium carbide powder, vinyl modified siloxane, dispersant and water and stirring until uniform, using the primary modified solution and the secondary modified solution to perform padding treatment on the goose down raw material in sequence, the goose down obtained after the secondary modification is rinsed and vacuum dried to obtain the finished thermal storage goose down. The disclosure performs two modification treatments on goose down, only uses phase change materials to give the goose down good light-to-heat conversion performance, improves the fluffiness of the goose down by enhancing the breaking strength and resilience of the goose down.

METHOD OF PRODUCING A FABRIC HAVING HYDRO- AND OLEOPHOBIC CHARACTERISTICS

The invention relates to a method of producing a fabric having a halogen free plasma coating, having a hydro- and oleophobic characteristics, wherein the method comprises: step DHF of depositing a plasma coating on the fabric by means of plasma polymerization of a halogen free precursor monomer by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition method (PECVD), wherein the halogen free precursor monomer are organosilane, siloxane and/or hydrocarbon precursors, wherein the plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition is carried out as a low-pressure plasma processes under protective atmosphere, wherein the fabric comprises of a woven monofilament fabric of polymeric material having a filament diameter between 10 m to 150 m and a mesh opening between 5 m and 200 m.

Provided is a glass cloth with which suitable impregnation properties with low dielectric resins can be obtained.

A glass cloth includes glass yarns composed of a plurality of glass filaments, woven as warp and weft yarns, and surface-treated with a surface treatment agent, wherein when embedding the glass cloth in an epoxy resin and curing the resin, and thereafter observing a cross section of the glass cloth, a filament adhesion ratio (a number of adhesion points between filaments adhering to each other/total number of filaments) is greater than 0 and 0.80 or less.

Sizing compositions for glass fiber direct roving for producing multiaxial fabrics, and preparation methods and applications thereof

A sizing composition for glass fiber direct roving for producing multiaxial fabrics is provided. The sizing composition includes, based on the total solids mass of the composition, 0.1 to 5.0% by solid mass of a first silane coupling agent, 2.5 to 11.0% by solid mass of a second silane coupling agent, 3.0 to 20.0% by solid mass of a first film former, 45.0 to 75.0% by solid mass of a second film former, 0 to 5.0% by solid mass of a plasticizer, 0.2 to 4.0% by solid mass of a first lubricant, 5.0 to 20.0% by solid mass of a second lubricant, and 0.01 to 3.0% by solid mass of a pH regulator. The first film former is a multifunctional epoxy emulsion, and the second film former is a low-molecular-weight liquid epoxy emulsion.
