SUSTAINABLE COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF STAIN REPELLENT TEXTILE ARTICLE
The present invention provides a sustainable stain resistant composition 102 that includes (a) about 3% to 8% of at least one silicon nano particle surface functionalized with (Pentafluorophenyl)triethoxysilane 104, and (b) about 3% to 8% of at least one hydrophobic agent 106 selected from a group comprising polymer of (a) methacrylic esters of aliphatic C1 to C18 alcohols, or (b) vinyl acetate, or (c) acrylonitrile. The stain resistant composition further includes (a) at least one softening agent 110, (b) an extending agent 108, (c) at least one of (i) a wetting agent or (ii) a re-wetting agent 112, and (d) a microencapsulated odour neutralizing agent 114. The present invention also relates to a process for producing stain resistant textile 118 using the sustainable stain resistant composition 102.
Process for Forming a Synthetic Leather
A process of making a synthetic leather includes (i) first, contacting a textile with an aqueous solution containing a cationic hydroxyethylcellulose polymer to form a modified textile component; (ii) subsequently, impregnating the modified textile component with an aqueous polyurethane dispersion externally stabilized with an anionic surfactant; and (iii) precipitating the polyurethane in the modified textile component. And a synthetic leather formed by the process.
Process for Forming Synthetic Leather
Provided are a process, the process includes (i) first, contacting a textile with an aqueous solution containing a cationic hydroxyethylcellulose polymer to form a modified textile component; (ii) subsequently, impregnating the modified textile component with an aqueous polyurethane dispersion externally stabilized with an anionic surfactant, the aqueous polyurethane dispersion including a second surfactant; and (iii) precipitating the polyurethane in the modified textile component. Also disclosed are a synthetic leather produced by the process.
Environmentally-friendly processing method for dyeing denim fabric with zero discharge
The present invention relates to the field of denim fabric processing, specifically to an environmentally-friendly processing method for dyeing denim fabric with zero discharge. The method includes: step 1, a treatment of white warp yarns; step 2, a primary drying operation; step 3, a coating spray-dyeing operation; step 4, a secondary drying operation; step 5, a sizing operation; step 6, a ternary drying operation; and step 7, a doffing operation. In the present application, as warp yarns are dyed using the coating spray-dyeing technology, highly corrosive auxiliaries such as sodium hydrosulfite and sodium sulfide are not needed in the dyeing process, and the dyed warp yarns are not required to be treated in a washing tank, so that zero effluent discharge is achieved.
Transparent textile care agent
The present disclosure relates to textile care agents and to optically clear and transparent fabric softener formulations which also have a viscous consistency, containing a combination of special ester quats with nonionic emulsifiers and cationic thickeners, to the use of said textile care agents and fabric softener formulations. The present disclosure also relates to a method for washing textiles using said textile care agent and fabric softener formulations. The present disclosure relates to methods for producing the special ester quats, to the thus resulting ester quats and to the use thereof.
