Encapsulated oligomeric blocked isocyanates
An aqueous dispersion of a capsule is composed of a polymeric shell surrounding a core, the core containing an oligomeric blocked isocyanate characterized in that the blocked isocyanate is derived from a di-, tri- or tetrafunctional isocyanate terminated oligomer selected from the group of an isocyanate terminated oligo-ether, an isocyanate terminated oligo-ester, an isocyanate terminated oligo-carbonate, an isocyanate terminated butadiene oligomer, an isocyanate terminated hydrogenated butadiene, an isocyanate terminated isoprene oligomer, an isocyanate terminated silicone and combinations thereof. The dispersion is suitable for pre-treatment liquids and inkjet inks in textile printing.
FABRIC AND FIBER PRODUCT
In order to provide a fabric and a fiber product, which have hygroscopicity and durability as well as flame retardancy, a hydrophilizing agent is added to a fabric containing aramid fibers.
Article with reactive metals bound to its surface and method of application
A polymeric carrier composition including a polymer synthesized from monomers selected from acrylic acids, methylacrylates and urethanes and at least one metal having an oxidation state of +1 or +2, including salts and coordination complexes thereof. The composition may be a suspension having 0.5 to 10% by weight of the polymer prepared from monomers selected from a group consisting of acrylic acids, methylacrylates and urethanes, and a viscosity less than 1,000 cps. The composition is applied to substrates, such as woven fabrics, to create metal-infused articles.
