The ink further includes a first binder that reacts with a cationic substance contained in a treatment agent applied to fabric to aggregate and a second binder having a lower reactivity with the cationic substance than the first binder.
Ink set for textile printing and method for producing printed textile item
An ink set for textile printing is disclosed which includes a pretreatment liquid containing a metal salt, a water-dispersible resin (A), an organic solvent (B) having an SP value of 10 to 14 (cal/cm.sup.3).sup.1/2 and water, and an ink containing a pigment, a water-dispersible resin (C) having a glass transition point of 10° C. or higher, an organic solvent (D) and water. A method for producing a printed textile item is also disclosed.
METHOD FOR APPLYING LAYERS ON A MATERIAL
A process for printing multiple layers on a fabric or other material using UV-curable ink that includes a step of printing a first layer on the material and another step of partially curing the first layer. A next step includes printing a partially UV-transparent layer over the first layer and fully curing the UV-transparent layer while simultaneously fully curing the first layer.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite sheet comprising high performance polyethylene fibres and a polymeric resin comprising the steps of assembling HPPE fibres to a sheet, applying an aqueous suspension of a polymeric resin to the HPPE fibres, partially drying the aqueous suspension, optionally applying a temperature and/or a pressure treatment to the composite sheet wherein the polymeric resin is a homopolymer or copolymer of ethylene and/or propylene. The invention further relates to composite sheets obtainable by said method and articles comprising the composite sheet such as helmets, radomes or a tarpaulins.

A fabric print medium comprising a fabric base substrate; a primary coating composition with a polymeric binder and filler particles applied to, at least, one side of the fabric base substrate; an image-receiving coating composition with a first and a second crosslinked polymeric network applied over the primary coating composition; and a barrier layer comprising a water-repellent agent and a physical gelling compound.
