RECORDING METHOD, RECORDING DEVICE
A method for recording on a fabric that includes attaching a droplet of a treatment liquid to the fabric, the treatment liquid containing a coagulant that coagulates an ink composition containing pigment and an overcoat liquid containing resin, attaching a droplet of the ink composition to the fabric, and attaching the overcoat liquid to the fabric, wherein a treatment droplet amount being a weight of the droplet of the treatment liquid is equal to or less than an ink droplet amount being a weight of the droplet of the ink composition.
INDIGO-FREE FABRIC WITH DENIM VISUAL APPEARANCE
An indigo-free fabric and its manufacturing method are disclosed. The indigo-free fabric has the visual appearance of a denim. The indigo-free fabric contains at least 70 wt % of cellulose fibers. The indigo-free manufacturing process includes inkjet printing a parallel straight lines pattern on at least part of the fabric, wherein each of the one or more inks contains a reactive dye and preferably has a viscosity from 5 cP to 9 cP, more preferably from 6 to 7 cP, at 25 C. and a shear rate 200-400 s.sup.1.
Decolorization method of polyester fabric
A decolorization method of a polyester fabric includes: providing a polyester fabric, in which the polyester fabric is a dyed polyester fabric and the polyester fabric is adhered with a dye and has a first L value; providing a first decolorizing solution and a second decolorizing solution, in which the first decolorizing solution contains a reductant and the second decolorizing solution contains an oxidant; and performing a decolorization process which includes: using one of the first decolorizing solution and the second decolorizing solution to decolorize one portion of the dye and using another one of the first decolorizing solution and the second decolorizing solution to decolorize another portion of the dye, so that a color of the dye is removed and the polyester fabric is white in color and has a second L value that is greater than the first L value.
Printing recording method
A printing recording method includes: a chromatic ink adhesion step of adhering a liquid droplet of a chromatic ink composition which contains a pigment and an anionic first resin particle to a cloth; a treatment liquid adhesion step of adhering a liquid droplet of a treatment liquid which contains a cationic compound to the cloth; and an achromatic ink adhesion step of adhering a liquid droplet of an achromatic ink composition which contains an anionic second resin particle to the cloth.
INKJET TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD
An inkjet textile printing method includes: a step A of preparing a light-colored textile pretreated with a pretreatment solution; a step B of applying by inkjet a white ink composition containing a white pigment, a water-dispersible resin, and water, to the pretreated light-colored textile; and a step C of applying by inkjet a chromatic color ink composition containing a chromatic color pigment, a water-dispersible resin, and water, onto an ink layer formed by the application of the white ink composition, in which an application amount of the white ink composition per unit area in an application region of the white ink composition is 3.0 to 13.0 times relative to an application amount of the chromatic color ink composition per unit area in an application region of the chromatic color ink composition in terms of solid content mass ratio.
PRETREATMENT AGENT, PRETREATMENT DEVICE, AND PRETREATMENT METHOD
A pretreatment agent of the present disclosure is a pretreatment agent to be applied to a fabric in a region including an ejection region of an ink containing a pigment before the ink is ejected, the pretreatment agent includes a polyvalent metal salt, and the pretreatment agent has a conductivity of 32 mS/cm or more and 49 mS/cm or less.
Colorant composition comprising leucoindigo for coloring fibers and fabrics
The invention relates to a colorant composition for coloring fibers and fabrics comprising leucoindigo and at least one organic solvent. To achieve a stable composition, which is broadly applicable to different fibers and fabrics, the water content of the composition is less or equal to 10 wt.-% of the total weight of the composition or the water content of the composition is less or equal to 60 wt.-% of the total weight of the composition and the composition also includes a base.
Reactive digital printing methods and systems, printed fabric obtained thereby and related clothing items
A reactive digital printing method can be performed with the following steps: 1) applying a primer to a fabric to be printed; (2) applying an ink containing a dye with multi-reactive groups to the fabric to be printed in step (1); (3) steaming and coloring, washing, dehydrating and shaping the fabric in step (2), to obtain a printed product. A related system with a combination of primer, a dye with multi-reactive group, printed fabric produced with the reactive digital printing method and items comprising the printed fabric can also be provided.
