Repulpable corrugated protein box and process for making same using wire side impregnation
A repulpable moisture resistant protein box having a composite structure with a fluted medium, a top backing board secured to one side of the fluted medium and a bottom backing board secured to the other side of the fluted medium. The backing boards are impregnated with a hydrogenated triglyceride on the wire side and the fluted medium is also impregnated with a hydrogenated triglyceride. The backing boards each have an outer felt side surface coated with styrene acrylic co-polymer. The protein boxes have a higher compression, moisture resistance and are recyclable.

A cigarette according to an embodiment may include a cigarette rod including an aerosol-generating material; a filter rod located at one end of the cigarette rod and including a first segment and a second segment; a front end plug located at the other end of the cigarette rod; and an outer wrapper wrapping the cigarette rod, the filter rod and the front end plug, wherein the outer wrapper has a basis weight of 57 g/m.sup.2 to 63 g/m.sup.2 and a thickness of 64 m to 70 m to increase the strength of the cigarette.

The binder for binding fiber to make sheets includes resin; and polyhydric alcohol that is a solid at room temperature and changes to liquid phase when heated. The content of polyhydric alcohol to 100 parts by weight resin is greater than or equal to 0.1 parts by weight and less than or equal to 20 parts by weight polyhydric alcohol.

The present application discloses a sizing method for making paper. An alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) is added to a papermaking process. An aluminum salt is added in one or more process steps during the papermaking process. Preferably, the aluminum salt is an aluminum salt which can generate free aluminum ion in aqueous solution. The sizing method of the present application enhances the usage efficiency of a sizing agent and the aluminum salt, as well as provides paper having a high moisture content.
