Gum for cigarette paper, cigarette paper and process for making it
A gum of vegetable origin for rolling cigarette paper including a solids content, includes a mixture of cannabinoids and edible oil, the edible oil being present in the mixture in a proportion p such that 0%p80% by weight of the compound. Since cannabinoids are soluble only in oil and the gum is intended to be brought to the mouth because it should be reactivatable by licking once coated, smoked and swallowed, oil is edible.
Functionalization and reinforcement in the dry state and in the wet state of a cellulosic material by an oxidized polysaccharide
Disclosed are compounds, in particular based on polysaccharides, that are adsorbed on a cellulosic material, and relates in particular to the application of such compounds as reinforcing agent for cellulosic materials, in the wet and/or dry state. The compounds include a combination of at least one polysaccharide adsorbed on a cellulosic material, the polysaccharide including at least two different monosaccharide units, forming first and second monosaccharide units, the second monosaccharide units being branched on a chain including at least the first monosaccharide units, at least some of the second monosaccharide units being non-cyclic and bearing aldehyde functions, the aldehyde functions possibly forming hemiacetal functions with hydroxy functions of the cellulosic material.

Fluorocarbon-free and bio-based oil and water barrier materials comprising polyelectrolyte complexes
The present invention relates generally to compositions comprising polyelectrolytes complexes (PECs) of anionic and cationic biopolymers capable of forming barriers on fiber based materials. Also disclosed is a fibre based material with a barrier coating against oil and water, wherein the material is provided with a barrier from at least two layers formed from at least one composition comprising a polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) of a cationic biopolymer and an anionic biopolymer, The two layers result in improvements in both oil resistance and water resistance compared to the same material provided with a single layer of said at least one composition.

METHOD OF PRODUCING SCENTED TISSUE PAPER PRODUCT
To provide a method of producing scented tissue paper. The problem is solved by performing shrink wrapping in which a tissue paper housing obtained by carrying fragrance-containing microcapsules on an inner surface of a housing box using a binder is covered with a shrink film and the shrink film is exposed to hot air W so as to be attached to the tissue paper housing, causing the fragrance-containing microcapsules to be detached from the binder by heating the tissue paper housing at the time of the shrink wrapping, and providing the scent for plural sheets of tissue papers.
FLOUROCARBON FREE AND BIOBASED OIL AND WATER BARRIER MATERIALS
An aqueous polyelectrolyte (PEC) composition for application to a fibre based material for use in obtaining a barrier coating resistant to oil and water, comprises from 0.1 to 20% (w/w) of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and from 0.1 to 20% of cationic starch (CS), providing PECs with a charge ratio of 1; from 1 to 20% (w/w) of a plasticizer; and from 1 to 15% (w/w) of a pH adjusting agent selected from an acid, a buffering system and a base.
