Oyster paper and manufacturing method thereof
An oyster paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The oyster paper is made of 60%-70% oyster shell powder, 10%-20% polymer, 15%-17% natural biodegradation inducing agent, and 3%-5% natural biodegradation assisting additive agent, by volume ratio, which are subjected to mixing and pre-melting processing, followed by compounding and pelletizing to prepare oyster paper pellets, which are then subjected to film blowing processing to be film-blown into an oyster paper product having a thickness of 0.05-0.5 millimeters. The oyster paper possesses the quality of wood pulp paper and shows bettered stiffness and wider applications. The oyster paper also provides, after being disposed and buried, an effect of being 100% natural degradation into compost for fertilizing the soil. As such, a kind of oyster paper featuring recycling and reuse of oceanic creature waste shell and natural microorganism induced degradation for composting and recycling and a manufacturing method thereof are provided.
TISSUE PRODUCT MADE USING LASER ENGRAVED STRUCTURING BELT
A tissue product including a laminate of at least two plies of a multi-layer tissue web, the tissue product having a softness value (HF) of 92.0 or greater, a lint value of 4.5 or less, and an Sdr of greater than 3.0.

Water-dispersible composite structure and method of producing the same
A water-dispersible composite structure, which comprises one or more layers, and a method of producing the same. At least a part of the layers is formed by a fibrous web or sheet containing 50-90 parts by weight of wood fibers and 10-90 parts by weight of annual or perennial plant fibers and/or 10-50 parts by weight of synthetic short-cut fibers, and 0.1-20% by weight of a binder, calculated from the weight of the fibers, and at least a part of the binder being a water-soluble polymer and another part a water dispersible binder, and the fibrous sheet or web being produced by wet forming. By means of the invention, the fibers of the composite structure can be recovered and recycled by equipment conventionally used in the paper and paperboard industry.

Latex composition
A latex composition containing a conjugated diene polymer latex and a medium-chain fatty acid glyceride, wherein a content proportion of the medium-chain fatty acid glyceride is 1 to 40 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the conjugated diene polymer. In the present invention, a medium-chain fatty acid forming the medium-chain fatty acid glyceride is preferably a fatty acid having 6 to 18 carbon atoms. In the present invention, the medium-chain fatty acid glyceride is preferably a medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride. The latex composition preferably further contains a crosslinking agent.
Method of making a thermoplastic fiber composite material and web
A method for forming a thermoplastic composite material in a papermaking machine, wherein the method comprises the steps of: forming an aqueous fiber material suspension; bringing said fiber suspension in contact with at least one additive, said additive being introduced into said fiber suspension, whereby said additive reacts to form a precipitation product onto or into the fibers, thereby forming an intermediate suspension, introducing, after the formation of the intermediate suspension, a plastic material into said intermediate suspension, thereby forming a plastic fiber composite suspension.
