COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR ALTERING MACROPHAGE PHENOTYPE
Disclosed are methods and compositions for repolarizing a tumor associated macrophage (TAM) from M2 to M1 comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective dose of a compound comprising a dextran backbone and one or more CD206 targeting moieties conjugated thereto. In certain aspects, the compound further comprises a therapeutic agent selected from: paclitaxel, gemcitabine, lapatinib, and doxorubicin. In further aspect, the therapeutic agent comprises a chelator and at least one metal ion. In certain implementations, the at least one metal ion comprises at least one Cu(II) ions.
Composition for treating chronic renal transplant dysfunction comprising bisphosphonate
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating chronic allograft dysfunction, comprising bisphosphonate which is used as a therapeutic agent for osteoporosis. The composition for preventing or treating chronic allograft dysfunction, comprising bisphosphonate, according to the present invention has an excellent prophylactic and/or therapeutic effect on chronic allograft dysfunction caused by a gradual decrease in the function of a transplanted tissue or organ which occurs after tissue or organ transplantation surgery, and thus is expected to be able to remarkably increase a long-term survival after transplantation surgery.

COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS RELATING TO ANTIVIRAL THERAPEUTICS
The present disclosure provides compositions and methods related to antiviral therapeutics. In particular, the present disclosure provides novel compositions and methods for treating and/or preventing viral infections using vesicles derived from lung spheroid cells (LSCs). LSC-derived vesicles can be used as viral decoy nanoparticles for therapeutic applications, as virus-like particles (VLPs) for vaccine production, and as an antiviral drug delivery platform.

DIETARY CHOLINE SUPPLEMENTATION TO REDUCE TUMOR VOLUME AND ENHANCE COGNITIVE RESPONSE DURING CANCER TREATMENT
Described herein is a method for reducing tumor volume in a subject, the method including the steps of administering a cancer treatment (administration of at least one chemotherapeutic agent and/or application of radiation) to the subject in conjunction with the administration of choline, a choline metabolite, a choline precursor molecule, or a combination thereof. In another aspect, the disclosure relates to a method for enhancing cognitive response in a subject during cancer treatment, the method including the steps of administering cancer treatment (administration of at least one chemotherapeutic agent and/or application of radiation) to the subject in conjunction with the administration of choline, a choline metabolite, a choline precursor molecule, or a combination thereof. In still another aspect, choline, a choline metabolite, a choline precursor molecule, or a combination thereof can be administered in the form of a choline-enriched diet, a choline supplement, or a combination thereof. In some aspects, the method also enhances the effectiveness of chemotherapy.

THERAPEUTIC MATERIAL WITH LOW pH AND LOW TOXICITY ACTIVE AGAINST AT LEAST ONE PATHOGEN FOR ADDRESSING PATIENTS WITH RESPIRATORY ILLNESSES
Method and composition for treating or preventing a respiratory illness. The method includes administering at least one dose of a pharmaceutically acceptable fluid having a pH less than 3.0 into contact with at least one region of the respiratory tract present in a patient in need thereof. Respiratory illness that can be treated include COVID-19.
TREATMENTS FOR DIFFUSE LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA
Disclosed are methods for treating specific genetic subtypes of diffuse large B cell lymphoma using a combination of a BTK inhibitor and R-CHOP chemotherapy. The methods produce favorable event-free survival and overall survival rates among subjects exhibiting the genetic subtypes.
