DURABLE INORGANIC PARTICLE BOARD AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Technical fields of building external wall decoration and outdoor furniture material manufacturing, providing a durable inorganic particle board and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method includes: (1) mixing heat-vulcanized silicone rubber with an organic solvent to obtain a sealant solution; (2) mixing calcium chloride, sodium dodecyl sulfate and water to obtain a curing agent solution; (3) spraying the sealant solution on the surface of a shaving to mix with the curing agent solution, an inorganic adhesive and water to obtain a mixture; (4) sequentially laying and hot-pressing the mixture to obtain a pre-molded material; and (5) sequentially curing and drying the pre-molded material to obtain the durable inorganic particle board. The inorganic particle board prepared by the method of the present invention can be well applied to outdoor decoration and outdoor furniture manufacturing, has good durability and a long service life.

FORMALDEHYDE-FREE HIGHLY WATER AND ABRASION RESISTANT OVERLAY FOR BUILDING PRODUCTS

A paper based overlay is provided. The overlay has a paper impregnated with a resin composition having an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature in a range of from about 20 C. to about 40 C. and a resin content from about 15 to about 35 wt. % based on the weight of the overlay. The acrylic composition may include wax in the amount of about 0.005 to about 3.5 wt. % based on the weight of the resin composition. A method of producing the overlay is also provided. The overlay is highly water and abrasion resistant with low volatile content.

Decorated sheets on the basis of cellulose non-woven fabrics, such as paper, for the production of decorated laminates are impregnated with synthetic resins. Consequently, their sizes are changed, they become brittle and are not water-resistant in the laminate. In the method according to the invention the printed or unprinted non-woven fabrics are impregnated with an aqueous dispersion of a polymer which is cross-linkable by UV radiation, dried and optionally printed and finally irradiated with UV radiation. The decorated sheets thus obtained are water-resistant in the laminate and can be coiled up and stored after each process step.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING WET-RUNNING FRICTION PAPER
20240035235 · 2024-02-01 ·

A method is for producing a wet-running friction paper, at least containing a fiber fraction consisting of at least one type of fiber, a fraction of at least one filler, and a fraction of a binder based on phenol resin. The fiber fraction, the filler fraction and the binder dissolved as a phenolate solution are processed together in a paper production process to form a pulp, and the binder is subsequently precipitated by means of a precipitating agent, preferably diluted sulfuric acid, and the pulp applied to a long screen is dried and cured while the temperature is raised.
