CONTINUOUS PROCESSING DEVICE FOR FORMING BAMBOO FIBER AND METHOD THEREOF
A continuous processing device for forming bamboo fiber includes a machine rail, a cart guide rail, a cart, and a clamp for clamping a bamboo strip. The cart and the clamp are connected through a connecting plate. The machine rail is formed with a slot along a path of the machine rail. The machine rail includes ahead linear rail section, a conical spiral rail section and a tail linear rail section arranged in sequence. The cart guide rail includes ahead linear guide rail section, a conical spiral guide rail section and a tail linear guide rail section arranged in sequence. A continuous processing method for forming bamboo fiber using the continuous processing device is disclosed. The present invention can quickly and efficiently produce a large quantity of high-quality bamboo fiber, greatly saving the production time of bamboo fiber, improving the production efficiency, and reducing the production cost.

Decorticator and decorticating process
There is provided a device, process and system for decortication of biomass comprising hurd, bark and bast, such as long stalk biomass. Typically, one or more of the bark, hurd or bast generated by the decortication process or decorticator device is fed to a downstream process or downstream device such as a counter current extractor. The liquid or fibre products of decorticator, or the decorticator in combination with the counter current extractor may be further processed into their components.

PEELING DECORTICATOR FOR PRODUCING UNDAMAGED NATURAL FIBER FROM BAST FIBER PLANTS
A plant stalk decorticator includes a pair of feed rollers arranged abutting one another along a substantially horizontal axis with a line of contact therebetween. A splitting wedge is positioned at least partially below the pair of feed rollers and aligned along a substantially vertical axis that is substantially centrally located in the line of contact between the pair of feed rollers, the splitting wedge is configured to split a plant stalk fed from the pair of feed rollers into two plant fiber bark sections. Symmetrical pairs of vertically stacked peeling rollers are positioned below the pair of feed rollers and laterally from either side of the substantially vertical axis. Each of the pairs of peeling rollers are configured to receive a respective one of the plant fiber bark sections from the splitting wedge and separate the plant fiber bark section from the respective other one of the plant fiber bark sections.
