Printing agent, printed fabric, and method for producing printing agent
Provided is a printing agent including a pigment, a pigment dispersant, water, an organic solvent, and a binder resin, the pigment dispersant being a polymer (A) including an anionic group, the polymer (A) having a solubility in water of 0.1 g/100 ml or less, a number-average molecular weight of 1000 to 6000, and an acid value of 40 to 400 mgKOH/g. Also provided is a printed fabric produced by applying the printing agent on a fabric. The polymer (A) is preferably a polymer represented by General Formula (1) (where A.sup.1 represents a residue of an organolithium initiator; A.sup.2 represents a polymer block including a monomer having an aromatic ring or a heterocyclic ring; A.sup.3 represents a polymer block including an anionic group; n represents an integer of 1 to 5; and B represents an aromatic group or an alkyl group).
AQUEOUS INKJET PRINTING LIQUIDS
An inkjet printing liquid contains thermally reactive composite resin particles in an aqueous medium, wherein the thermally reactive composite resin particles contain: a) at least one thermal cross-linker; and b) at least one polymeric resin containing functional groups suitable for reacting with the thermal cross-linker.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING ON HIDE OR LEATHER
A process of sublimation printing on hide or leather, a laminar substrate to be used in such a sublimation printing process, hide or leather treated to be printable, as well as hide or leather printed by said process of sublimation printing, are described.
Full color sublimation to 100% cotton
A method for transferring an image to a fabric, including providing a recording medium; coating the recording medium with a specialty coating including a silicone release agent, a silicone emulsion catalyst, and a binder; printing an image on the recording medium including the specialty coating, the image being printed using a sublimation ink; adhering a powder adhesive to the image printed on the recording medium while the image is in a wet state; transferring the recording medium including powder adhesive and image to the fabric; and hot-pressing the powder adhesive and image to the fabric to adhere the powder adhesive and image to the fabric.
Aqueous inkjet ink set for textile printing and method for producing printed item
An aqueous inkjet ink set for textile printing is disclosed, the aqueous inkjet ink set including two or more aqueous inkjet inks that include a black ink, wherein among the charge density Cd values measured by the streaming potential method for the two or more aqueous inkjet inks, the Cd value (CdK) for the black ink is the highest, and the absolute value of the difference between the Cd value (CdK) for the black ink and the Cd value (Cd2) for the aqueous inkjet ink having the second highest Cd value is 80 eq/g or greater. A method for producing a printed item is also disclosed.
Metallic inkjet compositions and processes for digitally printing metallic decorations on textile substrates
Provided herein is a water-based metallic ink composition specifically adapted for direct digital inkjet printing on non-while fabrics and textile, which affords high resolution, high gloss and high luster metallic effect (high flop index) in decorations and designs that are wash-fast and stretchable. Also provided are processes of using the metallic ink compositions with other colored ink composition in direct digital inkjet printing on textile.
Cloth Medium to be Recorded, Recorded Cloth Medium, and Cloth Medium Cartridge
The disclosure discloses an elongated cloth medium to be recorded made with a satin weave that ranges from six-harness satin to ten-harness satin by using a warp in a medium longitudinal direction and a weft in a direction orthogonal to the medium longitudinal direction. The cloth medium includes one surface and another surface. The warp has a weaving density that ranges from 300 [yarns/inch] to 540 [yarns/inch]. The weft has a weaving density that ranges from 80 [yarns/inch] to 540 [yarns/inch]. The one surface is a surface with the warp more exposed than the weft in accordance with the satin weave. The cloth medium further includes on the one surface a print-receiving surface that calendering is executed.
DIGITALLY PRINTED COLOR SWATCHES WITH TEXTURED EFFECT
The present invention provides a method for the production of textured color selection swatches for point of purchase displays of custom blended paints, for color selection guides of dyed or printed textiles or for color selection extruded chips of custom colored plastics using a digital inkjet printer and custom blended inkjet inks based on a set of base inks that can be blended using commercial match prediction software and wherein a textured effect is applied as a component of the color selection aids. The textured effect may be achieved either by printing in three dimensions or printing a pseudo-three dimensional effect.
