Inkjet pre-treatment fluid for dye sublimation printing
An example of an inkjet pre-treatment fluid for dye sublimation printing consists of a humectant; a cationic polymer; a surfactant; a co-solvent present in an amount up to about 50 wt % based on a total weight of the inkjet pre-treatment fluid; and a balance of water. In an example of a printing method, the inkjet pre-treatment fluid is inkjet printed onto a textile substrate to form a pre-treated area on the textile substrate.
Ink jet ink composition for textile printing, ink set, and recording method
An ink jet ink composition for textile printing including a dye containing copper or chromium and 5% to 30% by mass of a cyclic amide that is liquid at normal temperature and that has a normal boiling point in the range of 190° C. to 260° C., wherein the hue angle ∠h° defined by the CIELAB color space on a recording medium ranges from 260 to 310 degrees.
INK SET FOR INK JET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING INK JET PRINTED MATTER
An ink set for ink jet containing yellow ink containing C.I. Disperse Yellow 65, a magenta ink containing C.I. Disperse Red 362, and a cyan ink containing C.I. Disperse Blue 60.
IMAGE FORMING METHOD AND IMAGE-FORMED PRODUCT
A image forming method of the present invention includes steps of forming a coloring material layer by applying an ink containing water and a dispersible coloring material dispersed in the water to the surface of a fabric by an inkjet method; and forming, on a surface of the coloring material layer, a protective layer having an average thickness smaller than that of the coloring material layer.
DYE-SUBLIMATION INKJET PRINTING FOR TEXTILE
Provided herein is an inkjet dye-sublimation ink composition that is formulated to interact with an immobilizing composition such that the ink composition coagulates on the surface of an absorptive substrate, thereby substantially limiting soaking of the ink composition into the substrate. Also provided are a printing process and a printing machine, wherein the ink composition is directly printed on the substrate concomitantly with the immobilizing composition, and thereafter undergo heat-pressing to afford a dye-sublimation transfer of the dye to the substrate, thereby forming an image which is characterized by sharp and well defined edges of the dyed areas.
Treatment Solution Composition For Ink Jet Textile Printing, Ink Set, And Recording Method
A treatment solution composition for ink jet textile printing contains one or more selected from the group consisting of a glycol solvent with a molecular weight of 100 or less and a sugar with a molecular weight of 400 or less, water, and an alkaline agent.
MOISTURE-SENSED SHRINKING INK
A moisture-sensed shrinking ink applied to a digital printing process for fabric has a viscosity between 2.5 cP and 10.0 cP and a surface tension between 22 dyne/cm and 32 dyne/cm, in which the moisture-sensed shrinking ink includes 15 parts by weight to 35 parts by weight of a moisture-sensed shrinking resin and 65 parts by weight to 85 parts by weight of water.
MOISTURE-SENSED DEFORMING FABRIC AND MOISTURE-PROOF AND HEAT-INSULATING FABRIC
The present disclosure provides a moisture-sensed deforming fabric which includes a base cloth and a moisture-sensed shrinking ink. The moisture-sensed shrinking ink is jetted on one of surfaces of the base cloth by a digital printing process, and the moisture-sensed shrinking ink forms a hydrophilic region on the surface of the base cloth.
Sprayable and hygroscopic ink for digital printing process on fabric and hygroscopic fabric
A sprayable and hygroscopic ink for a digital printing process on a fabric includes 3.0 parts by weight to 6.0 parts by weight of a colorant, 0.5 parts by weight to 2.0 parts by weight of a hygroscopic agent, 0.5 parts by weight to 1.0 part by weight of a surfactant, and a balance of a solvent, in which a pH value of the hygroscopic agent is between 6.0 and 8.5 at 25° C., and a particle diameter D90 of the sprayable and hygroscopic ink is between 180 nm and 220 nm.
Disperse Dye Color Paste for Waterless Dyeing, and Preparation Method and Application Thereof
The invention provides a disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing, which comprises, by weight, 10%-40% of disperse dye filter cakes, 2%-35% of a dispersant, 5%-20% of a dyeing auxiliary, 0.1-0.5% of a surfactant, and 20%-88% of a solvent. The disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing of the invention has a small particle size; and after waterless dyeing, a textile does not contain cleavable carcinogenic aromatic amine azo dyes, allergenic dyes, forbidden aromatic amine or bioactive substances. The disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing of the invention can be stably stored for 6-12 months which is beneficial to the transportation of dyes and the production management of dyeing factories. Moreover, a dyeing effect featuring a high fixation rate is realized after the disperse dye color paste for waterless dyeing is applied to textiles.
