METHOD FOR DYEING AND FINISHING DEODORIZING FIBER TEXTILE AND TEXTILE
Disclosed are a method for dyeing and finishing a textile and a textile. The method includes steps of heating a bath liquid to a first temperature, and immersing a textile to be treated in the bath liquid for a first time; maintaining the bath liquid at the first temperature, adding a dye, a protective additive and a first part of a dyeing alkali agent sequentially thereto at a certain interval, and further immersing for a second time; heating the bath liquid to a second temperature at a first heating rate, then adding a second part of the dyeing alkali agent thereto, further immersing for a third time, and then taking out to obtain a dyed textile; washing and finishing the dyed textile to obtain a dyed and finished textile, wherein the dyeing alkali agent is sodium carbonate.

An ink jet recording method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a reaction liquid attachment step of attaching a reaction liquid to a fabric and an ink attachment step of attaching a white ink composition to the fabric with the attached reaction liquid, wherein the reaction liquid contains one or more selected from a polyvalent metal salt, a cationic polymer, and an organic acid as an aggregation agent, the white ink composition contains one or both of a white pigment and a resin particle, the reaction liquid attachment step and the ink attachment step are performed by an ink jet method, the ink jet method performs main scanning a plurality of times, the main scanning performing recording by moving an ink jet head in a direction perpendicular to a transport direction of the fabric, the reaction liquid and the white ink composition are attached to the same scanning region of the fabric by the same main scanning, the same main scanning is performed a plurality of times with respect to the same scanning region, and (amount of attachment in first pass)>(amount of attachment in nth pass) (amount of attachment in first pass)+(amount of attachment in nth pass)?20 mg/inch.sup.2, where a total amount of attachment per unit area of the reaction liquid and the white ink composition that are attached to the fabric by the first main scanning with respect to the same scanning region is denoted by amount of attachment in first pass, and a total amount of attachment per unit area of the reaction liquid and the white ink composition that are attached to the fabric by the nth main scanning is denoted by amount of attachment in nth pass, n being an integer of 2 or more.
Pretreatment agent for ink jet textile printing and ink jet textile printing process
Provided is a pretreatment agent for ink jet textile printing that can provide printed matters on fabric with high color-developing properties and less bleeding. The pretreatment agent includes at least water and (A) a multivalent metal ion and polymer fine particles, (B) a cationic polymer and polymer fine particles, or (C) cationic polymer fine particles.

An ink jet textile printing recording method including a colored ink attachment step of attaching a liquid droplet of a colored ink composition containing a pigment and an anionic first resin particle to a fabric, a treatment liquid attachment step of attaching a liquid droplet of a treatment liquid containing a polyvalent metal salt to the fabric, and a non-colored ink attachment step of attaching a liquid droplet of a non-colored ink composition containing an anionic second resin particle to the fabric, the colored ink attachment step, in which the treatment liquid attachment step, and the non-colored ink attachment step are performed by an ink jet method, in the ink jet method, main scanning is performed for recording by moving an ink jet head in a direction perpendicular to a transport direction of the fabric, the colored ink composition, the treatment liquid, and the non-colored ink composition are attached to the same scanning region of the fabric by the same main scanning, an attachment amount of the polyvalent metal salt to the fabric is 0.3 (mg/inch.sup.2) or more, a content of the second resin particle with respect to a total amount of the non-colored ink composition is higher than a content of the first resin particle with respect to a total amount of the colored ink composition, and an attachment amount of the non-colored ink composition is smaller than an attachment amount of the colored ink composition.
TREATMENT OF TEXTILE MATERIAL
The present invention generally relates to a method for changing the color of a textile material to obtain a vintage and/or worn appearance comprising the steps of contacting the fabric textile material with a nitrate salt, activating the nitrate salt by the addition of an acid catalyst until the desired color change is achieved.
Method for image formation and textile fiber products
A required portion of a textile fiber product is subjected to a fiber-modifying treatment by applying a fiber-modifying agent containing at least an aqueous polyvalent cationic salt solution and a urethane resin having a blocked isocyanate group at the end thereof, after which a masking ink containing at least a white or light-colored pigment, a water-soluble polymer dispersing agent, a self-emulsifying urethane resin and/or an acrylic resin having an acid value of 40 to 100 mg KOH/g, and an aqueous liquid as a solvent or disperse medium, is printed by an inkjet process.

The present invention relates to a method for reducing or preventing the decomposition of a composition Z comprising Z1 a salt of dithionous acid in an amount ranging from 50 to 100 wt % and optionally Z2 an additive selected from the group consisting of alkali metal carbonate, alkaline earth metal carbonate, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal tripolyphosphate (Na.sub.5P.sub.3O.sub.10), alkali metal or alkaline earth metal sulfite, disulfite or sulfate, dextrose and complexing agents in a combined amount ranging from 0.0001 to 40 wt %, which comprises contacting the components Z1 and optionally Z2 in the solid and/or dry or solvent-dissolved or -suspended state with at least one of the following compounds V in the solid and/or dry or solvent-dissolved or -suspended state, wherein the compounds V are selected from the group consisting of: (a) oxides of the alkali metals lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, or of magnesium, (b) sodium tetrahydroborate (NaBH.sub.4), (c) anhydrous copper(II) sulfate (Cu(SO.sub.4)), phosphorus pentoxide and (d) basic amino acids arginine, lysine, histidine, wherein the solvent for Z1, optionally Z2 and V is practically water-free.
