Rail fastening system
Rail fastening system for fastening at least one rail (2) to a rail substrate, preferably a solid travel path, which comprises: a rail support plate (1) arranged for holding the rail (2), wherein the rail (2) in the mounted state is in contact with the rail support plate and is fastened thereto by a rail mount (1a, 1b, 1c); a base plate (3) arranged for fastening the rail support plate (1) on the rail substrate, wherein the rail support plate (1) in the mounted state is fastened on the base plate (3) by way of one or more, preferably two, retaining elements (6) and the base plate (3) is in contact with the rail substrate; wherein the base plate (3) is of multi-part, preferably two-part, construction so that this is adjustable to different dimensions of the rail support plate (1).
TURNOUT ARRANGEMENT WITH ELASTICALLY SUPPORTED TURNOUT BASES
A turnout arrangement of a slab track with a ballastless superstructure for forming a main track (1) and a branch track (2) which branches off from the main track for railway traffic has a plurality of prefabricated turnout bases (3) of untensioned reinforced concrete, a casting compound (5), which is cast and hardened between the aligned turnout bases and the ground (4), a plurality of fastening areas (6) which are rail support points (7) provided on the turnout bases for the rail fastening of the main track, the branch track, and further turnout components. The turnout bases of the turnout arrangement are elastically supported, and each turnout base is provided with a positive-locking arrangement for positively holding the turnout base horizontally with respect to the casting compound. An elastic layer (8) is provided between a projection (13) of an element of the positive-locking arrangement and the turnout base.

Apparatus and components for turnout/crossover section for railway track
A gauge spacing apparatus for positioning pot sleepers with respect to existing sleepers of a railway track has a pair of turnout rails, which are separated from one another by a desired gauge distance. The gauge spacing apparatus includes a first guide member aligned with and secured with respect to a portion of the existing rail; and a second guide member angled with respect to the first guide member at a turnout angle. The second guide member is aligned with a portion of a turnout rail to allow the turnout rail to be provided with supporting pot sleepers, such that the desired gauge between the turnout rails is maintained. Also provided are a rectangular gauge spacing apparatus, a shear plate arrangement for providing supported engagement between first and second sections of rail, and a support framework for supporting a planar supporting member spanning over an existing rail.
