ON-TRACK MAINTENANCE MACHINE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE MACHINE
The invention relates to an on-track maintenance machine for maintaining a superstructure with a track panel formed of sleepers and rails fixed thereon that is supported on a ballast bed, comprising a lifting and lining unit for track lifting and lining and a tamping unit for track tamping. In the invention, at least one rail treatment unit for continuous reprofiling of the rails is arranged on a machine frame. The elimination of rail defects contributes to a higher durability of the corrected track position, as after re-opening the treated track section, the rails can be used again trouble-free.

Method and track maintenance machine for treatment of a ballast track
The invention relates to a method for treatment of a ballast track by means of track maintenance machine which comprises a lifting unit, having gripping rollers for gripping a track grid formed of rails and sleepers and lifting drives for lifting the track grid, and a measuring system for comparing to a target position of the track, wherein the lifting unit is set in vibration by means of a vibration exciter and the vibration is transmitted to the track grid, wherein the lifting unit is controlled by means of a control device in such a way that, during a lifting operation, the lifting unit is set in vibration, and the track grid is first lifted to above the target position and subsequently lowered to the target position. By means of the method according to the invention it is possible to carry out in a simple manner a lifting of the track grid with simultaneous stabilization of the track position.

Stoneblower for rail applications
The present disclosure generally relates to a railroad chassis vehicle having independently operable workheads for carrying out rail maintenance operations on non-uniform sections of railroad tracks. Related methods of operation of the railroad chassis and associated maintenance of ballast beds underlying railroad tracks are also described.

SUPPORT FOR A PANEL OF A SECTION OF GUIDED TRANSPORT TRACK
The invention relates in particular to a guided transport track section intended to be fixed to a ballastless track formation (15), characterised in that said section comprises: a track panel (20) comprising two stringers (21, 22) and at least one structure transverse to the stringers (23, 24), each stringer (21, 22) comprising an upper longitudinal groove (25) for receiving a rail; a plurality of panel supports (31, 32, 33, 34), each support comprising at least one stud (35) for fastening to the track formation, a cradle (37) for supporting a stringer (22) that is mounted so as to be movable vertically in said stud (35), and means for vertical movement of said cradle (37) relative to said stud (35) so that the height of the panel (20) relative to said track formation (15) can be adjusted, and the superelevation of the track section thus formed can be defined by means of coordinated adjustment of the various cradles (37).

Rail-lifting hook
The rail-lifting hook is a J shaped lifting hook that is specifically configured to replace chains and slings when lifting a railway track rail. The railway track rail is configured to receive the entire railway track rail within the interior surface of the hook structure of the J shaped lifting hook. The rail-lifting hook is formed as a single unit from high strength steel.
Method, apparatus and system for lifting railroad structures
A jacking tie and method of using a jacking tie to level and/or lift a railroad track. The jacking tie is configured with an elongate body that is configured to span beneath two parallel rails of a railroad track. Preferably the jacking tie is of the configuration to replace a standard railroad tie. The jacking tie has two jacks, preferably hydraulic cylinder jacks that are positioned so as to lift each of the parallel rails of the railroads. The jacking tie body has two sections. A track support shell is supported by the hydraulic cylinder jacks. The track support shell is configured for nesting or mating engagement with the lower body shell in a compressed or resting position. The hydraulic jack cylinders are configured to lift the track support shell away from the lower body shell, thus lifting the rail positioned above the hydraulic jack cylinder. The track support shell and lower body shell are pivotally connected such that the ends of the track support shell can be independently raised. Preferably, the pivotal connection is maintained in a slot allowing the pivotal connection to rise and lower when both hydraulic lift cylinders are raised or lowered. This functionality allows for the lifting and lowering of two parallel rails of a railroad track by allowing for the lifting of the track and replacement of ballast beneath the track. Preferably the jacking tie is constructed such that it can be left under the track or alternatively can be extended and left in place while the railroad is maintained in operation or alternatively while a ballast tamper travels along the track.
