Curb former
A curb former (10) includes a rotatable drive shaft (20), a gutter drum (80), and a curb profiling drum (100). The gutter drum (80) is secured to the drive shaft (20) such that the drive shaft (20) and gutter drum (80) rotate together. The curb profiling drum (100) is detachably secured relative to both the drive shaft (20) and the gutter drum (80). This configuration allows one curb profiling drum (100) to be replaced with another curb profiling drum (100) to change the profile of a curb resulting from a curbing operation using the curb former (10).
Cement form with extension
A cement form includes a single piece, unitary body member having a solid, continuous construction and a wedge-shaped cross-section. The body member includes a first surface arranged vertically and configured to support a volume of cement, a second surface arranged horizontally and configured to contact a ground support surface, a foam material, an elongate construction with a greater length dimension in a horizontal direction than a height dimension in a vertical direction, and a notch formed at an intersection of the first and second surfaces, the notch being receptive of a portion of a foam sheet or other foam extension member.
Adjustable concrete footer bulkhead
An adjustable concrete footer bulkhead for pouring concrete footers includes a center body; a first slide body and a second slide body each having equal heights; a first rotating concrete pin guide and a second rotating concrete pin guide; a plurality of pins; and a first support bracket and a second support bracket each having a height equal to the height of the first and second slide bodies; and wherein the center body is sized and configured for engaged receipt of the first slide body and the second slide body such that each of the first and second slide bodies are slidably adjustable along the center body, and wherein the first and second slide bodies are each secured to the center body using at least one of the plurality of pins.
CEMENT FORM WITH EXTENSION

Road form work
Disclosed herein is a form work (1) for forming an edge of a poured slab roadway or pavement, the form work (1) comprising a metal edging member (2) having a roadway facing surface (3) and an opposite bracing surface (4), wherein the bracing surface (4) comprises a plurality of first brackets (5) for engaging with roadway pins (13), the first brackets (5) extending outwardly from the bracing surface (4) and configured to lock the pins (13) such that in use the form work (1) is held in position with respect to the pin (13).
FORMING TOOL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING PAVEMENT SLABS
A form for forming a modular pavement slab with long and short cavities alternatingly formed around its periphery includes a header and a plurality of short and long forming tools. The header includes an inner vertical surface that defines a portion of the periphery of the modular pavement slab. The short forming tool includes an elongate body defining a longitudinal axis and having a proximal end positioned against the inner vertical surface of the header. The elongate body has a longitudinal bore therethrough and a riser bore defining an axis that is noncollinear to the longitudinal axis. A riser is releasably coupled to the riser bore. The long forming tool is substantially similar to the short forming tool. The elongate body, however, is longer than the short forming tool and includes two riser bores. A riser is releasably coupled to each respective riser bore.
Edging member, system, and arrangement for landscaping or paving
Edging members for retaining or restraining installations of pavers, landscaping, and covering materials are constructed for endwise, longitudinal assembly with one another, and to receive stakes of generally V-shaped or generally U-shaped cross section, and spikes driven at angled orientations, for securing the members, on a substrate, against lateral and upward displacement.
VARIABLE HEIGHT MOLD
A slipform paving machine includes an offset mold, including a mold frame, a form insert, a form insert actuator and a form insert sensor. A controller receives a signal from an external reference sensor and controls a position of the form insert actuator to control the height of the form insert relative to the mold frame and thereby control a height of at least a portion of a molded structure relative to a ground surface at least in part in response to the signal from the external reference sensor.
CONCRETE DOWEL SYSTEM
A dowel placement system including a fastener configured to be engageable with a form, and a radially compressible bushing coupled to the fastener and defining an adjustable outer diameter. The system further includes an elongate dowel sleeve having opposed proximal and distal end portions, and an axial opening having an inner diameter and extending into the dowel sleeve from the proximal end portion to the distal end portion. The bushing is insertable within the axial opening of the dowel sleeve, and the bushing and dowel sleeve are configured such that insertion of the bushing within the dowel sleeve causes the outer diameter of the bushing to compress and conform to the inner diameter of the dowel sleeve and to create a friction force between the bushing and the dowel sleeve to mitigate movement of the dowel sleeve relative to the bushing during formation of the concrete structure.
