Recycled asphalt baghouse apparatus
A baghouse apparatus for removing particulates from a 100% recycled asphalt pavement dryer exhaust air stream includes a drop out zone section having a water spray operable to initially drench an incoming air exhaust stream with water droplets while increasing air stream velocity, then slow the air stream velocity to cause drop out of particulates >1000 m from the slowed waste air stream, and collect the particulates dropped out of the waste air exhaust stream. The apparatus also includes a cyclonic scrubber section for further cooling the waste air exhaust stream while subjected the stream to a further water spray to condense aerosol vapor into droplets, a prefilter filtration section operable to collect and remove condensed aerosol droplets from the waste air stream; and a coalescing filtration section operable to remove 99% of remaining particulates from the waste air stream before discharge of the air stream to atmosphere.
Sealant packaging and method
An improved sealant packaging and method for use with sealing joints and cracks in pavement and parking lots is provided. Liquid sealant material is poured by volume into a container draped with a sheet. Container is cooled so that the sealant becomes a solid block, with the sheet adhered to the sides of the sealant block such that the sheet forms a container for the sealant. The sheet also acts a release liner for easily removing the sealant block from the container. Two or more contained blocks are stacked together, forming a package of two or more blocks self-sealed by sheets. When the package is placed in a melting kettle, heat migrates through the spaces between the individual sealant blocks and allows the smaller sealant blocks to melt quickly and evenly. Sheet and film melt with sealant material and are incorporated therein to form the final sealant product.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING ASPHALT AND AGGREGATE MIXTURE
An asphalt and aggregate mixture and methods for preparing and using same are provided which utilize solid phase auto regenerative cohesion and homogenization by liquid asphalt oligopolymerization technologies. The mixtures are suitable for use in installing asphalt/concrete pavement, repairing asphalt/concrete pavement, and providing overlays to existing asphalt/concrete pavement. The slurries can contain recycled asphalt/concrete pavement subject to treatment.

Ground surface marker and method for surface marking
The invention relates to a ground surface marker and method for surface marking. It is known to apply surface markings, for example road markings, using paint. Many current road marking paints have a touch dry time from about five minutes to one hour, with full drying taking 24 hours or more, depending on the air temperature. The dry time of current paints can delay the opening of a road which may be costly because it increases the need for traffic control and can expose contractors to motoring hazards. If roads are opened prior to full drying of the paint, then the road markings may be compromised by contact with vehicle wheels. The invention aims to go at least some way toward addressing these problems by providing a ground surface marker comprising a paint applicator, a dispenser associated with reflectors, and a UV light source.

MOVABLE SURFACE DRYING APPARATUS
An apparatus for drying an underlying surface. The apparatus includes a housing with an interior and a frame attached to the housing and arranged for coupling to a means for moving the housing. The apparatus further includes an air delivery system arranged to deliver heated and compressed air through a set of nozzles to the underlying surface from the interior of the housing. The air is heated with a heating system coupled to the housing and arranged to heat the compressed air through a heating pipe in a heat exchange configuration prior to delivery of the compressed air to the underlying surface. The apparatus also includes an airflow regulation system arranged to regulate airflow within the interior of the housing.

PAVEMENT REPAIR SYSTEM
A pavement repair system is provided utilizing solid phase auto regenerative cohesion and homogenization by liquid asphalt oligopolymerization technologies. The system is suitable for use in repairing asphalt pavement, including pavement exhibiting a high degree of deterioration (as manifested in the presence of potholes, cracks, ruts, or the like) as well as pavement that has been subject to previous repair and may comprise a substantial amount of dirt and other debris (e.g., chipped road paint or other damaged or disturbed surfacing materials). A system utilizing homogenization by liquid asphalt oligopolymerization is suitable for rejuvenating or repairing aged asphalt, thereby improving properties of the paving material.
