Method for producing a prestressed concrete bridge beam
A method for forming a hollow box-shaped cross section beam utilizes double walled trough that allows for prefabrication with pre-stressed concrete. The hollow box-shaped cross section precast beam is formed by filling the fabrication conduit with precast concrete. A number of tendons may be positioned within the fabrication conduit in quantities and positioned that are favorable to resist deflecting forces and provide anchoring forces within the hollow trough or box-shaped cross section precast beam formed therein. Further, a box shaped cross section bridge girder can be formed having no tensile stresses due to its own weight. Elongate pipe-based support structure
The present invention is a support structure including elongate hollow cylinder and flat plates secured thereto. A first rigid flat plate is horizontally disposed in overlying relation to each hollow cylinder and a second rigid flat plate is horizontally disposed in underlying relation to each hollow cylinder. Stress-distributing strengthening members are circumferentially positioned about the hollow cylinder and secured to their associated rigid flat plates. A key may extend from a first end of each hollow cylinder and a mating socket may be formed in a second end of each hollow cylinder to facilitate end-to-end interconnection of a plurality of hollow cylinders.

Disclosed is a concrete box beam using a refrigeration stirrup, which may include a box beam, an evaporation pipe, a water inlet pipe, and a water removal assembly; the box beam is provided with a plurality of steel bars in a circumferential direction; the n evaporation pipe surrounds and is connected to an outer side of the plurality of steel bars and an input end of the evaporation pipe is higher than an output end of the evaporation pipe; an output end of the water inlet pipe is connected to the input end of the evaporation pipe, and the water inlet pipe is connected to a three-way valve; and the water removal assembly includes a water sealing cavity, the output end of the evaporation pipe is connected to the water sealing cavity by means of a recovery pipe, the water sealing cavity is connected to a first pipeline.
