METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN INTEGRAL BRIDGE, AND INTEGRAL BRIDGE
A first arch and second arch are produced in respective first and second structural portions. Each arch has a tie rod interconnecting the foot points of the arch, where a foot point of the arch is displaceably mounted. Each tie rod is tensioned so that horizontal forces caused by the weight of the arches at the foot points of the corresponding arch, are taken up by the tie rods. A first end point of the tie rod of the first arch is connected in a force-fitting manner to the first abutment, and a second end point of the tie rod of a last arch is connected in a force-fitting manner to the second abutment. The remaining adjoining end points of the tie rods are connected to one another in a force-fitting manner, and corresponding foot points of the arches are connected in a force-fitting manner to the abutments and pillar.

A STRUCTURAL CABLE HAVING AN INNER HOUSING
A structural cable of a construction work. The structural cable including a bundle of load-bearing tendons, a sheath within which the bundle of tendons is located, a housing located within the sheath and fixed relative to the sheath, said housing defining a cavity, the bundle of tendons being at a distance from the housing and the cavity, the bundle of tendons being located outside the housing and the cavity, said cavity extending longitudinally relative to the sheath.

IMPROVED ASSEMBLY COMPRISING A STRUCTURAL CABLE AND A SADDLE
The assembly comprises a structural cable comprising tendons (12) and a saddle deflecting the structural cable between the two ends thereof. The saddle comprises a body (18), conduits (24) formed in the body and each receiving one of the tendons of the cable, and two anchoring devices (20) which anchor the tendons by defining a first portion of the structural cable received in the saddle, where the tendons are subject to a prestressed tension that is constant over time and at least one second portion of the structural cable where the tendons are subject to tensions that are variable over time. An anchoring device (20) comprises an anchoring plate (28) comprising anchoring openings (36) each receiving one of the tendons, and wedges (30) each received in a respective anchoring opening of the anchoring plate in order to lock one of the tendons of the structural cable. The anchoring plate (28) has a rear surface bearing against the body (18).

Apparatus for de-icing the casing tube of a tendon
An apparatus is configured to de-ice a surface of a casing tube of a tendon that is exposed to weather influences, or to guard the case tube against ice forming on the case tube, where the tendon is anchored to a structure by an anchoring device. The apparatus includes a power device, one end of which is directly or indirectly in force transmitting engagement with the anchoring device and the other end is directly or indirectly in force transmitting engagement with the casing tube. The power device is configured to move the casing tube relative to the anchoring device in the circumferential, radial and/or axial direction in relation to the longitudinal extension direction of the casing tube.

Method for fabricating wire strand for main cable of suspension bridge
A method for fabricating a wire strand from parallel steel wires for a main cable of a suspension bridge, the method including: 1) selecting and coloring a steel wire as a marking steel wire which is to be positioned at a vertex of a wire strand including a plurality of parallel steel wires and having an equilateral polygon section; 2) drawing position markers at positions of the standard steel wire corresponding to control points of splay cable saddles, center points of main cable saddles, middle points of side spans, a middle point of a middle span, and starting points of anchor heads of anchor spans of a suspension bridge; 3) relaxing and shaping coils of the steel wires to yield a prefabricated wire strand; 4) preforming the positions of the cable saddles; 5) coiling the wire strand including; and 6) casting anchor of the wire strand.
