The first inner layer and the second inner layer are treated with a flame retardant. The system comprises: an intelligent control center, a 5G communication platform, a train security system, an Internet of things monitoring system, and a passenger service system. In the present invention, targeted at the problem of being difficult to ensure barrier-free transmission of signals even by means of beamforming technology due to high moving speed of a permanent-magnet magnetic levitation rail transit system and small coverage of 5G base stations, a multi-connectivity scheme is used, and the intelligent control center selects two 5G base stations for signal transmission at the same time depending on distribution of 5G base stations along a line, wherein one 5G base station is the current closest base station, and the other 5G base station is the next base station to be approached. By means of a relay-type base station passing mode, it is ensured that a 5G communication platform can provide a stable and reliable communication link.
