A snow removal system. The snow removal system includes a housing having an inlet disposed on a front side thereof, wherein the inlet is in fluid communication with a first chamber. An auger is disposed transversely across the first chamber, wherein the auger is operably connected to a motor within the housing. The auger rotates about a longitudinal axis thereof to mash snow and transport the mashed snow into a second chamber when the motor is actuated. The second chamber includes a primary heating element therein, the heating element designed to heat snow within the second chamber to produce steam. An outlet is disposed through a sidewall of the second chamber, wherein the outlet can emit steam from the second chamber.

A snow removal assembly includes a truck that has a cab and a box that is positioned behind the cab. A chute is coupled to the cab of the truck to receive snow on a road upon which the truck is driving. An auger is rotatably disposed in the chute to urge the snow outwardly through the chute when the auger is turned on. A snow pipe is coupled to the chute for delivering the snow into the box and a pump is integrated into the snow pipe for urging the snow through the snow pipe. A heating unit is integrated into the box and the heating unit is in thermal communication with the box. Furthermore, the heating unit heats the box when the heating unit is turned on for melting the snow into water thereby facilitating the water to drain outwardly through the drain in the box for disposal.

Heat recovery unit

A compact heat recovery unit which includes separate and distinct thermal cores housed in their own channels. Each thermal core and its respective channel is moved at intervals. When a thermal core and its channel is inserted into a high temperature fluid flow, the thermal core absorbs the heat. When this heated thermal core and its channel is then later inserted into a low temperature fluid flow, the low temperature fluid is preheated by the heated thermal core. This operation is repeated with at least two independent thermal cores and their respective channels to maintain substantially continual pre-heating of received low temperature fluid. Similarly, the compact heat recovery unit can be used in a cooling application where pre-cooling of received higher temperature fluid is executed.
