ICE ELIMINATION DEVICE
An ice elimination device for removing ice from a surface, which may be pulled or driven over a surface. The ice elimination device includes an ice elimination section that includes an applicator capable of distributing a flow of steam, hot water or both, a squeegee element capable to scrape liquid off of a surface, and one or more vacuum elements positioned to suction off liquid scraped by said squeegee. The ice elimination may include a surface drying section that includes a heater to apply heat to a portion of the surface and then utilizes a plurality of fans to generate an air flow that engages the heated portion of said surface. The combination of the heat and the fan evaporates all or most of any moisture on the surface after the squeegee and vacuum have collected and removed the melted ice, condensed steam, and/or applied hot water.
SYSTEM TO REMOVE SNICE FROM PAVEMENT AND METHOD THEREFOR
A system that is towed behind a vehicle to remove snice from pavement. The system includes a trailer. The trailer includes a longitudinal substantially rigid frame structure, a trailer hitch connected to a front end of the trailer for selective connection-disconnection to the vehicle, and a suspension appliance connected to a rear portion of the trailer to separate at least a rear portion of the frame structure from the pavement. At least two additive snice removal tools are connected to the frame structure and located underneath the trailer and over the pavement, each of the tools enabling a different type of snice removal from the pavement when towing the system behind the vehicle to remove snice from the pavement.
EXTENDABLE AND FLEXIBLE SNOW THROWING DEVICE
An extendable and flexible snow thrower includes a handle, an extendable section, and an end section. A power unit is also integrated into one of the components of the snow thrower. The power unit includes a rechargeable battery. The snow thrower also includes the handle which is composed of an ergonomic shape and material that aids in comfortable use. In addition, the expendable section is flexible for directional disposal of snow or ice. Furthermore, the end section includes a rotary brush with a heating element. Heat from the heating element is radiated through metallic protrusion(s) situated in between bristle(s). The radiated heat may aid in loosening the snow or ice from an operational surface. The loosened snow or ice is routed through the end section for disposal.

Robotic apparatus for plowing of snow from a predefined area
The enclosed application discloses an apparatus for removing snow from a predefined area of ground, said apparatus being configured to follow a pre-set pattern of fixed markers on or under the predefined area of ground. By dispensing with the need for GPS guidance, for complex and expensive circuitry and software, for melting of large quantities of snow which can then refreeze into ice, and for potentially dangerous spinning augers, the apparatus allows users to clear snow from a driveway, road or other useful surface without constant attention to steering or personal exposure to the elements.

ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATING APPARATUS
An electrical power generating platform/apparatus is disclosed. One or more platforms positioned on a surface, for example, highways. The platform comprises a plurality of strips. Each strip is incorporated with a plurality of windings wrapped around a metal core. The platforms can be connected to each other. One or more devices producing magnetic fields are affixed to a bottom portion of an object. When the object moves, the devices producing magnetic fields over or near or through the plurality of windings of the strips in the platform, that causes a generation of an electric current which is transferred to the power grid and/or power storage devices via conductors. The platform further comprises one or more resistive conductors affixed to a top portion of the platform, wherein the resistive conductors heat up on flow of electric current to melt the snow and ice that would otherwise accumulate on the platform.

Digital snow and ice sensor and heating apparatus including same
An apparatus and method heat a structure during frozen precipitation. The apparatus comprises: (i) heating means for heating the structure; a control unit 14 for controlling operation of the heating means; and a frozen precipitation forecast sensor that: receives, over a time frame, weather data for a geographic region of the structure; determines, at time instances during the time frame, whether there is a likelihood of frozen precipitation in a geographic zone around the structure based on the received weather data; and transmits command signals to the control unit based on the determinations of whether there is a likelihood of frozen precipitation in the geographic zone around the structure. The command signals can be commands to the control unit for the operational state of the heating means.
