Foundation device for a wind turbine tower and assembly method

A foundation device for a wind turbine tower includes a hollow main body with a lower face and an upper face. Both the lower face and the upper face contain a hollow space. Each of the faces include an outer perimeter and an inner perimeter. The main body additionally includes an outer lateral wall disposed between the outer perimeter of the lower face and the outer perimeter of the upper face, and an inner lateral wall between the inner perimeter of the lower face and the inner perimeter of the upper face. The device further includes a plurality of columns that project from the upper face of the main body.

Deployable anchoring device

An anchoring device is disclosed providing an easily deployable and removable anchoring point. The anchoring device includes a lower portion configured to be buried into a bottom of a body of water comprising a weighted anchor and at least one spray outlet location upon a bottom surface of the weighted anchor, the spray outlet hole being configured to aid installation and removal of the anchoring device by selectively projecting a spray of water to displace soft debris on the bottom away from the weighted anchor. The anchoring device further includes an upper portion comprising a vertical pole extending upward from the bottom, the pole comprising an anchoring point.

Solar system mounting assembly

A ground mounting assembly, system and methods for ground mounting a structure include a plurality of posts, each of which are attached to at least one stabilizing plate. The posts may be at least partially positioned underground, with the connected stabilizing plates being buried to a depth of about 1 foot. Posts in a front portion of the mounting assembly may be connected to an adjacent one of posts in a back portion of the assembly by a cross member.

Protective enclosure for concrete anchor bolts
09574340 · 2017-02-21 ·

A protective cover for concrete anchor bolts includes a hollow, box-shaped housing having a bottom wall with a plurality of elongated, narrow slots thereon that are positioned and spaced to receive various patterns of cast-in anchor bolts. A top wall includes a plurality of wide openings to provide to access to the anchor bolts. Accordingly, a worker superimposes the housing onto a set of concrete anchor bolts with each received within one of the narrow slots on the bottom wall. Using the wider openings on the top wall, the worker tightens nuts onto the anchor bolts to secure the housing to the underlying concrete prior to pouring a surrounding floor. Once the surrounding concrete floor has dried, the nuts are removed and the enclosure is lifted from the formed indention.

Tie rod for structural projects
09540783 · 2017-01-10 ·

The tie rod for structural projects for the protection of structures for earthquake and wind is comprised of a cast iron base (7) which has a bolt (4) passing through a hole, which is surrounded by threaded ring (5) with handles (6). A base plate (2) that sits on the bolt and turns with a ball bearing. A steel cable (9) passes through all; the one end of the cable is fixed to the base (2) with bolts (3). The other end leads to a member with blades around it (10), (12), (13), (14) which open and close around the member (17) with the help of bars (11) connected around the axis of the member with pins. To the other end, they are connected with pins to the blades. The rod presses the structure to the ground by a bolt connected to a cable which pulls a member (17) with blades which open against the sides of a hole drilled on the ground and pull the building towards the ground decreasing torque created by the forces of an earthquake or the wind. It is used on buildings with a frame, continuous building, wood frame houses with storm problems, cable bridges, loose ground slopes, etc.

Ground mounting assembly

A ground mounting assembly includes one or a plurality of posts, each attached to at least one stabilizing plate or scoop pyramid. The post may be driven into the ground and then lifted to deploy plates into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground by a pile driver with plate held in place, released, and driven further and deployed into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground and double pounded inside the post to drive reinforcing plate into slotted winglets, or driven, double pounded and rotated to extend the reinforcing plates horizontally from the pole or pile. The post also can used as a mooring in harbors, lakes, or at sea. A system based on a double pounder pile driven mono pole, optionally extendable in length, is also described.
