Underground construction device

An underground construction device includes a hydraulic assembly having an internal combustion engine and a hydraulic pump driven by the internal combustion engine, a work device connected with the hydraulic assembly in a hydraulic circuit for introducing material to be pile-driven into the ground, a clamping apparatus connected with the work device for holding a material to be pile-driven, in clamped manner, which device has a hydraulic clamping cylinder, as well as a controller for opening and closing the hydraulic clamping apparatus. A further hydraulic pump for building up the clamping pressure of the clamping cylinder of the clamping apparatus is provided, which pump is operated by an electric motor. A method operates such an underground construction device.

Vibration ram

A vibration-ram arrangement for introducing a material to be rammed into a ground may include a hydraulic apparatus for generating hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic apparatus may include an internal-combustion motor and a hydraulic pump that is drivable by the internal-combustion motor. The arrangement may further include an exciter arrangement, which is configured to be spatially separate from the hydraulic apparatus and which by way of a hydraulic line is connected to the hydraulic apparatus. The exciter arrangement may have a hydraulic motor and a rotatably mounted unbalanced mass. For driving the unbalanced mass, hydraulic liquid may be guided in a circuit comprising the hydraulic apparatus, the hydraulic line, and the hydraulic motor. The unbalanced mass is drivable by the hydraulic motor to generate vibration movements of the exciter arrangement. The arrangement may also include a support device on which the hydraulic apparatus and the exciter arrangement are disposed. The present disclosure also relates to methods for operating vibration-ram arrangements and to component sets for assembling such vibration-ram arrangements.

Pumping unit bases with driven piles

A pumping unit base and methods for producing oil and gas with the pumping unit base. The pumping unit base may include a plurality of driven piles installed in the ground, and a metal platform fixedly attached to the plurality of driven piles, wherein the metal platform is positioned above the ground. The metal platform may be removed from the driven piles and reinstalled to the driven piles.

Method for controlling a vibrating pile driver

The present invention relates to a method for controlling a vibrating pile driver when driving a pile element (4) into a ground (6), wherein the vibrating pile driver includes a vibration unit (2) connected with the same and is attached to a carrier machine (5, 1), the method comprising the following steps: detecting at least one first status parameter of the carrier machine (5, 1) and detecting at least one second status parameter of the vibration unit (2). The method is characterized in that with reference to the at least one first status parameter and the at least one second status parameter a statistical ground model is generated, and individual operating parameters of the carrier machine (5, 1) and the vibration unit (2) are adapted to the statistical ground model, in order to optimize the energy consumption and/or an advance rate when driving in the pile element (4).
