Pile Driving Apparatus
A pile driving apparatus (1) for driving a pile (2) info ground comprises: a vertical guide mast (3); a support carriage (4) displaceable along the mast (3); a vibration hammer (10); a rotator coupling (20) and a tilt coupling (30) connected between the support carriage (4) and the vibration hammer (10). The vibration hammer (10) further comprises first clamping means (12) arranged at the side of a hammer main body (11), adapted for holding and clamping a pile at any position along the length of such pile; and the vibration hammer (10) further comprises second clamping means (13) arranged at the lower end of the hammer main body (11), adapted for holding and clamping a pile at a top end of the pile.
Foundation treatment method for piling foundation structure by penetrating hardpan layer
A foundation treatment method for piling a foundation structure by penetrating a hardpan layer, i.e., a Deep Slurry Mixing method, comprising following steps: disturbing, by a mechanical device, a location where the foundation structure is to be piled, so that the mechanical device penetrates the hardpan layer of a natural foundation; then injecting clay slurry into the hardpan layer of the natural foundation by a pumping device, an improved foundation is formed after mixing; and piling the foundation structure. The method can change soil property of the original natural foundation, break the hardpan layer, reduce piling resistance of the steel plate cylinder or similar foundation structure, reduce uneven force during the piling process and improve driveability.
PILE-DRIVING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DRIVING INTO A GROUND
The invention relates to a pile-driving device and a method for driving driving material into a ground, wherein, for the purpose of driving-in, the driving material is clamped and held by means of a clamping means on a pile-driving power unit and prior to clamping the driving material is connected by means of a flexible securing element, in particular a securing chain, to the pile-driving power unit. In accordance with the invention a pressing element is provided which is displaced relative to the pile-driving power unit towards the driving material and, in doing so, a pressing force is applied onto an upward-directed front face of the driving material.

UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION DEVICE
An underground construction device includes a hydraulic assembly having an internal combustion engine and a hydraulic pump driven by the internal combustion engine, a work device connected with the hydraulic assembly in a hydraulic circuit for introducing material to be pile-driven into the ground, a clamping apparatus connected with the work device for holding a material to be pile-driven, in clamped manner, which device has a hydraulic clamping cylinder, as well as a controller for opening and closing the hydraulic clamping apparatus. A further hydraulic pump for building up the clamping pressure of the clamping cylinder of the clamping apparatus is provided, which pump is operated by an electric motor. A method operates such an underground construction device.
Guided multiple pile driver system
A system for simultaneously driving multiple piles into the ground to create A-frame type structures that are anchored by piles running at angles to one another and to the ground. The system comprises a guide assembly and an actuator for driving the piles into supporting ground at the same time. The actuator may engage slots or teeth in the pile to drive them into the ground and/or may apply torque and downward pressure.

Device and method for generating percussive pulses or vibrations for a construction machine
A device and a method for generating percussive pulses or vibrations for a construction machine, in which a piston is reversibly reciprocated in a working space in a housing between a first reversal point and a second reversal point, wherein, for the purpose of generating the percussive pulses or vibrations, the piston is set into a reversible movement by a pressure fluid and the pressure fluid is led into and out of the working space in the region of the first reversal point and the second reversal point. The position of the piston is detected by way of a sensor, in that depending on the detected position of the piston a control unit controls at least one controllable valve, through which pressure fluid is led into and/or out of the working space, wherein by the control unit the movement of the piston is controlled.
