SYSTEMS, METHODS AND MACHINES FOR ALIGNING AND ASSEMBLING SINGLE-AXIS TRACKER FOUNDATIONS
An automated control system for a screw anchor driving and truss assembly machine. A positioning subsystem determines an orientation of a machine mast's driving axis relative to an intended drive axis and controls the mast to align with the intended drive axis. After a pair of adjacent screw anchors are driven, the controller causes motion controllers to orient the mast so that an alignment jig for supporting truss apex hardware is held relative to the driven screw anchors and a predetermined point in space.

MACHINE AND METHOD FOR EARTH-WORKING
A machine and a method for earth-working with a machine, having a mast, along which a top drive can be moved vertically by an adjusting device, through which top drive a telescopic kelly bar is displaceably guided, which has at least one outer kelly bar, which is designed to come to lie on the top drive, and one inner kelly bar, which comprises a rope suspension for a rope, through which the inner kelly bar is moved vertically by a rope winch. The adjusting device for the top drive and/or the main rope winch for the kelly bar is/are automatically controlled, wherein the inner kelly bar is moved relative to the top drive in some areas in a rapid travel mode at a first speed and in some areas in a conservative travel mode, in which the speed is reduced in comparison with the first speed.
ROTARY PRESS-IN STEEL PIPE PILE
This rotary press-in steel pipe pile includes: a steel pipe; a first blade which is formed in a substantially helical shape on the steel pipe so as to be positioned close to the distal end the steel pipe and in which a first sectorial gap having a central angle is formed in a circumferential direction thereof; and a second blade which is formed in a substantially helical shape on the steel pipe so as to be positioned close to the rear end of the steel pipe with respect to the first blade and in which a second sectorial gap having a central angle is formed in a circumferential direction thereof. The first sectorial gap of the first blade and the second sectorial gap of the second blade are disposed at positions that do not overlap in a circumferential direction, and the central angle of the second sectorial gap is set to be smaller than the central angle of the first sectorial gap.
PILE PRESS-IN DEVICE AND PILE PRESS-IN METHOD
Provided are a pile press-in device and a pile press-in method that allow an efficient construction even when electrically powered devices and hydraulic devices coexist in order to give drive members a driving force. A pile press-in device (1) comprises a chuck (5) for gripping and rotating a pile (4) in order to press the pile (4) into a ground while rotating the pile (4). The pile press-in device (1) causes electric motors (6) corresponding to the electrically powered device of the invention to give the chuck (5) a driving force for the rotation. The chuck (5) is moved up and down by lift cylinders (7) which are hydraulically powered hydraulic devices. An integrated control board (50) controls the electric motors (6) and the lift cylinders (7) in an interlocked manner.

AUGER BIT
An auger bit mounted on an auger head and having improved excavation efficiency is provided. The present invention is an auger bit 11 mounted on an auger head, the auger bit including: a base part 12 having a leading end protruding in an axial direction of the auger head; and two leg parts 13 and 14 continuously extending from the base part and facing each other at a predetermined interval, the base part includes a plane part 12a parallel to and continuous with planes of the leg parts, first tilted parts 12b to 12d that are tilted from the plane part toward a side closer to the leading end in the axial direction of the auger head, side surface parts 12e and 12f continuous with the first tilted parts, and a second tilted part 12g tilted from the first tilted parts toward a side closer to the leg parts in the axial direction of the auger head, and the plane part and the leg part each have a shape curved at a predetermined curvature relative to the axial direction of the auger head.
Business model for residential development of vacant abandoned landfills
This invention concerns a method of doing business which is combined with several scientific advancements of technological ingenuity that results in a novel way of doing business. It in fact teaches a “business method” which creates an innovative approach to obtain annual multi-billion dollar financial revenue as monthly rental income; which results from a rather large scale residential development community of 2000 dwelling units per 50 acre parcels; each parcel being developed upon heretofore 10,000 separately abandoned “Municipal Solid Waste” MSW landfill sites throughout the United States. These apartments are exclusively geared as rentals of a 1,020 square foot-two-bedroom apartment dwellings for only Covid-19 “First Responders” and military service personnel, for the unprecedented sum of just $800/month rent. Additionally, as a supplemental “business method” approach, this instant business model also teaches how to solve the nation's Municipal Solid Waste MSW disposal problems forever into the future as an ingenious viable solution into perpetuity. Moreover, it is further postulated within this business model that further collateral financial revenue automatically inures as a natural business consequence of the sheer necessary and vital purchase of construction materials needed herein, thus positioned as a leveraged-buyout; whereby this 76 billion dollar opportunity now becomes an integral adjunct to this unique business model by adopting a “Home Depot” type retail business concept structure as additional revenue sharing for this inventor's shareholders.
