Methods for treating an established myocardial infarction
This application discloses methods for treating an established myocardial infarction, including treatment with an epicardial construct containing stromal vascular fraction (SVF) from adipose tissue which may be seeded onto a biocompatible substrate, which preserves microvascular function and LV contractile mechanisms.

CELL HARVEST METHOD
The invention generally relates to cells and compositions comprising same for use in cell therapy, to methods of obtaining same, and to use of same in cell therapy. In one aspect, the invention provides a method for forming a cell composition from a tissue sample, the method comprising: providing a tissue sample comprising cells; contacting the sample with a polymer in binding conditions, said binding conditions being conditions that enable binding of cells in the sample to the polymer, so that said cells are bound to the polymer; culturing the cells bound to the polymer under conditions and for a time that allows the cell number to increase; providing conditions to induce a phase change of the polymer; thereby forming a cell composition from a tissue sample.

ADIPOSE DERIVED IMMUNOMODULATORY CELLS FOR IMMUNOTHERAPY OF RECURRENT SPONTANEOUS ABORTIONS
Disclosed are means of treating spontaneous abortion utilizing cellular populations derived from autologous adipose tissue. In one embodiment the invention teaches the collection of stromal vascular fraction from women attempting to conceive, isolation of anti-abortigenic cells from said stromal vascular fraction, storing said cells, and administering said cells in early pregnancy or when conception is desired.
METHODS FOR LOCALIZED MODIFICATION OF TISSUE PRODUCTS
Methods for treating tissue matrices and tissue matrices produced according to the methods are provided. The methods can include treating select portions of a tissue matrix with a fluid containing at least one agent to produce a tissue matrix with variable mechanical and/or biological properties
Use of adipose tissue-derived stromal stem cells in treating fistula
Provided herein are novel methods and composition utilizing adipose tissue-derived stromal stem cells for treating fistulae.
