GROUTING CONSOLIDATION METHOD FOR FULL CASING BOREHOLE GUIDE PREFABRICATED PILE AND PREFABRICATED PILE THEREFOR
A grouting consolidation method for a full casing borehole guide prefabricated pile, comprising the following steps: S1, driving a drilling rig carrying a casing (1) to perform borehole construction, the borehole construction being performed to a preset hole depth to form a borehole (2); S2. the casing (1) being housed in the borehole (2); S3. implanting a prefabricated pile (4) into the borehole (2) so that the prefabricated pile (4) reaches a hole bottom of the borehole (2); S4. injecting a slurry (3) into the borehole (2); S5. pulling out the casing (1) so that the prefabricated pile (4) and an inner cavity of the borehole (2) are fixed and cemented into an integrated structure. Also provided is a prefabricated pile, comprising a pile body and a grouting channel (5) provided on the pile body, wherein a liquid inlet end (11) of the grouting channel (5) extends out from an upper end surface of the pile body and a liquid outlet end (12) of the grouting channel (5) extends out from a lower end surface of the pile body and/or a side surface of the pile body.
DRILLING APPARATUS FOR CREATING A BOREHOLE
The invention relates to a drilling device for establishing a drill hole in the ground, having a main body (11), having a drilling tool which is disposed on one end of the main body (11), having a drive for the drilling tool that is provided on the main body, having a bracing device which is conceived for bracing the drilling device (10) in a cylindrical hollow body (20) and which has at least one bracing plane (31, 32) having at least two bracing elements which by way of a first end are disposed on the main body (11) and which on the second end of said bracing elements have at least one bracing member, wherein the at least one bracing member of the bracing element by means of at least one drive is able to be moved from a first position to a second position. It is provided according to the invention here that the bracing member by way of at least one element on the internal wall of the hollow body provides a form-fitting connection between the main body and the hollow body.

Device for removal of sediment from inside piles
Device for removal of sediment from inside piles being at least partly immersed in water, comprising an outer guiding unit arranged to be temporarily positioned on the top of a pile. The outer guiding unit envelopes at least one inner dredging unit being arranged to be lowered from within the outer guiding unit, the inner dredging unit at its lower end exhibiting movable jet nozzles arranged to loosen sediment. The inner dredging unit furthermore comprises a central passage which is connected to a discharge hose arranged to transport loosened sediment therefrom.
PILE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A PILE
A pile (100) includes a first elongated hollow body (101) having a first end and a second end, the first end being closed by an end member (103) provided with an opening (104). The pile (100) includes a second elongated hollow body (102) having a first end and a second end, the second elongated hollow body (102) being arranged inside the first elongated hollow body (101) so that the first end of the second elongated hollow body (102) extends through the opening (104) and is attached to the end member (103). A method is for installing a pile (100) into the ground.
Casing Protection Bit
Provided is a casing protection bit mounted on a casing tube in combination with a cutter bit to prevent abrasion or chipping of the cutter bit. The present invention is to provide a casing protection bit 1 to be mounted on a casing tube, the casing protection bit including: a base portion 2 that protrudes in an axial direction of the casing tube, the base portion having a mountain shape; and two leg portions 3 and 4 extending continuously with the base portion 2 and facing each other at a predetermined distance. In the casing protection bit cemented carbide tips 5a to 5j are disposed on all planes of the base portion 2 except for a plane from which the leg portions 3 and 4 extend.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND MACHINES FOR AUTOMATED SCREW ANCHOR DRIVING
In a machine for driving screw anchors and other foundation components, a desired embedment depth is calculated based on a minimum required embedment depth, work point height and length of available upper leg sections. Once calculated, the machine automatically drives the screw anchor to the depth so that one of the available upper leg lengths will fit between the driven screw anchor and apex truss hardware. If uplift is detected during driving, the machine will add additional embedment depth. In-situ validation of driven screw anchors may be performed after the embedment depth is reached.
