Vibratory pile driving apparatus
The present invention relates to a vibratory pile driving apparatus for upending a pile and for driving a pile into the ground and/or extracting a pile out of the ground. The apparatus comprises a frame element, a clamping device, attached to the frame element at a first side thereof and configured to clamp the pile, at least one vibrator device, attached to the frame element at a second side, opposite to the first side, and configured to subject the frame element and the clamping device to a vibratory load, and a lifting yoke, rotatably connected to the frame element. The pile driving apparatus is configured to be suspended from a crane by the lifting yoke during use and the lifting yoke is configured to be rotated relative to the frame element to move the pile driving apparatus between a loading configuration and a pile driving configuration. The lifting yoke comprises one or more dampening elements, which are, during use, configured to deform to inhibit transmission of vibrations to the crane.
PILE EXTRACTOR FOR REMOVING DRIVEN METAL PILES
A pile extractor (12) for removing a pile (14) from a ground surface. The pile extractor includes a frame (15) arranged to seat upon the ground surface and a pile engaging arrangement (16) operably coupled to and supported by the frame (15). The pile engaging arrangement (16) includes rams (18) which actuate associated clamps (20) arranged to releasably engage with the pile (14) in a reciprocal motion, the reciprocal motion including a lifting condition in which the rams (18) extend to engage the clamps (20) with the pile (14) and exert a lifting force on the pile (14), and a release condition, in which the rams (18) are relatively and simultaneously lowered which likewise simultaneously releases the clamps (20) and allows the clamps (20) to be lowered relative to the pile (14) and reset to the lifting condition. A related method of use is also disclosed.

PILE LIFTING DEVICE
A pile lifting device for lifting a foundation object includes a lifting part having a lifting yoke for suspending the pile lifting device from a crane and a suspension arrangement for suspending the foundation object, an attachment part, movable relative to the lifting part and configured to be attached to a foundation apparatus to suspend the foundation apparatus from the crane, a linear bearing, in between the lifting part and the attachment part, configured to guide the linear movement between the lifting part and the attachment part, and a linear actuator device, configured to move the attachment part relative to the lifting part, between a raised position, in which the attachment part is located at a distance from the suspension arrangement, and a lowered position, in which the attachment part is located proximate to the suspension arrangement.
