Retaining wall
A retaining wall for retaining matter on a side thereof comprising: a plurality of upwardly projecting primary sheet piles spaced apart from each other and having first structural properties comprising at least one of weight, size, strength and depth to be installed in a supporting body; and one or more intermediate panels of material arranged so as to span the gap between a pair primary sheet piles and to retain at least a portion of the retained matter, wherein the one or more intermediate panels have second structural properties different from the first structural properties.
Test device and test method of fractured rock mass collapse and rockfall and fracture water inrush
A test device and a test method of fractured rock mass collapse and blockfall and fracture water inrush includes a fractured rock mass preparation device, a water source loading device, a surrounding rock pressurization device and a slide rail, wherein the fractured rock mass preparation device is fixed at one end of the slide rail, and the water source loading device is fixed on the other side of the slide rail. An opening is formed in the rock mass water storage structure, and the size of the opening is adapted to the size of the fractured rock mass; the surrounding rock pressurization device includes one bracket and a pressurization structure arranged below the bracket, and a space for accommodating the fractured rock mass is reserved below the pressurization structure; and the bottom support and the bracket are both movably installed on the slide rail.
Subterranean Water Pressure Sensors
A system and method for measuring water pressure on a foundation. Sensors may provide data related to the environment surrounding a foundation. Analysis of the sensor data determines properties of the environment, which may include a foundation water pressure. The system and method may determine damage to the foundation based upon the foundation water pressure.

Device and method for foundation drainage
A drainage system to be installed against a foundation of a building. The drainage system includes a drainage board having a plurality of channels extending from a bottom side along a front face thereof, and a portion of filter fabric attached to a rear face of the drainage board that covers the front face of the drainage board. The plurality of channels comprise a plurality of left channels and a plurality of right channels that intersect to form a crisscross pattern.

GROUND WATER FLOW DEVICE AND SYSTEM, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING GROUND WATER FLOW
A ground water flow device 1 has a support element 3 and a filter sheet 5. The filter sheet 5 has a first side 7 and a second side 9. Tubes 13 are provided with flow apertures 11 which are large enough to allow the passage of water and soil particles. The tubes 13 each have an inner space 17. The tubes 13 each hold one of the filter sheets 5 in their inner space 17. A first part of the flow apertures 11 is facing the first side 7 of the filter sheets 5 and a second part of the flow apertures 11 is facing the second side 9 of the filter sheets 5, defining in each tube 13 a flow path 19 for ground water from the first part of the flow apertures 11 through the filter sheet 5 to the second part of the flow apertures 11.
