A method of forming end-form structures from recycled plastics includes i) providing molten agglomerated plastics in noodle form; ii) delivering the molten agglomerated plastics to a shaper; iii) forming an end-form of agglomerated plastics in the shaper by controlling movement and/or position of the shaper, the end-form comprising the agglomerated plastics welded together with voids therebetween; and iv) cooling at least an outer profile of the end-form to form the structure.

INSULATION BOARD ASSEMBLY
An insulation board assembly includes an insulation board body that has a front face, a back face, a top edge, a bottom edge, and two side edges. The back face has a drainage channel extending from the top edge to the bottom edge. The drainage channel is recessed inward of the back face by a channel depth. A drainage insert is positioned in the drainage channel proximate the bottom edge of the insulation board body. The drainage insert has a front face, a top edge, a bottom edge, and two side edges. The drainage insert defines at least one interior drainage passage extending from the top edge of the drainage insert to the bottom edge of the drainage insert. A reinforcing mesh may be secured to the insulation board body. The insulation board body may consist substantially of mineral fibre insulation.

A permanent wood foundation wall which includes a frame having a first member, a second member spaced apart from the first member, and two side members. The first member, second member, and two side members each have a front surface and a rear surface that form the front frame surface and the rear frame surface. A cavity is formed between the front frame surface and the rear frame surface of the frame and the first member, second member, and two side members are formed from a wood material including a preservative. Further, the permanent wood foundation wall includes a sheathing board having a first side attached to the rear frame surface of the frame and a second side opposite the first side, a waterproofing membrane applied to the second side of the sheathing board, and a foam layer formed within the cavity of the frame.

Construction method
A construction method includes a charcoal paint application step in which a charcoal paint is applied to at least one of a floor, a wall, and a ceiling within a construction target room; an arrangement step in which flooring members made of Obi-sugi are arranged on the floor of the room; a diatomaceous earth application step in which diatomaceous earth is applied to the wall of the room; and a spraying step in which an antioxidant aqueous solution is sprayed on at least one of the floor on which the flooring members are arranged, the wall to which the diatomaceous earth is applied and the ceiling to which the charcoal paint is applied.
Construction method
A construction method includes a charcoal paint application step in which a charcoal paint is applied to at least one of a floor, a wall, and a ceiling within a construction target room; an arrangement step in which flooring members made of Obi-sugi are arranged on the floor of the room; a diatomaceous earth application step in which diatomaceous earth is applied to the wall of the room; and a spraying step in which an antioxidant aqueous solution is sprayed on at least one of the floor on which the flooring members are arranged, the wall to which the diatomaceous earth is applied and the ceiling to which the charcoal paint is applied.
Universal Barrier System Panels
A universal barrier system includes universal barrier components that may be assembled together to shield floors and walls from moisture and provide a thermal break in an operational area of the universal barrier component. A lap zone of the universal barrier component may allow universal barrier components to be assembled and installed to protect floors, walls, ceilings, footings and the like from moisture and heat gain or loss by minimizing the need for tapes and other joining methods. The universal barrier system may also act as a sound deadening material. The operational area and lap zone of the universal barrier component may be disposed on a vapor block layer to provide some rigidity. The operational area of the universal barrier component may include a thermal break disposed upon the vapor block layer. The thermal break may include an outer protective layer. In addition, universal barrier tape and universal barrier edging may be provided to couple adjoining universal barrier components.
