METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MAINTAINING ARIDITY
Disclosed herein are methods and systems designed to eliminate or otherwise substantially reduce the amount of water from rainfall that comes into contact with the foundation of a building and the basement walls. Methods and systems described herein will in many instances save users thereof thousands of dollars in costs associated with repairing basement walls that have become cracked or otherwise damaged due to exposure to water and associated structural damage.
Method for waterproofing underground structures
A method for water-proofing underground structures (10) comprising: a step of injecting an expanding compound adjacent to the surface (10b) directed toward the outside of an underground structure (10) to be waterproofed in order to form at least two confinement portions (2); a step of injecting a diffusing compound (4) intended to harden adjacent to the surface (10a) directed toward the outside of the underground structure (10) and at a completion region (3) that is delimited by said at least two confinement portions (2).

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING A WATERPROOFING SYSTEM TO SHORING FOR AN EXCAVATION WALL
System and method for mounting a waterproofing system comprising a waterproof membrane to shoring for an excavation wall. The mounting system comprises an induction disc having a conductive element, a first disc surface coated with an adhesive, and a second disc surface opposite the first disc surface. A target patch is affixed to the first disc surface by induction welding. The target patch has an outer portion which extends beyond the periphery of the induction disc. The outer portion is affixed to the waterproof membrane. A first hydrophilic washer is secured between the waterproof membrane and the second disc surface of the induction disc. A second hydrophilic washer is secured between the target patch and a rigid washer. A mounting fastener, such as a lag bolt screw, screw, bolt or nail, extends through each of the components and is fastened to the shoring.

Control structure for rib spalling of coal wall with large mining height based on flexible reinforcement and construction equipment therefor
The invention relates to the technology of rib spalling. In the present invention, adjacent support anchors are tightly connected with each other by anchor cables; each of the support anchors are at least connected with an anchor cable tightly extending from four different directions, so that each of the anchor cables constitutes a mesh structure, and a flexible gap corresponding to the thickness of the support anchor is formed between the inner flexible support net and the outer support net at the anchor cable, which not only allows the support anchor to tighten an anchor bolt, but also makes the anchor bolt in the entire region form a whole.
MULTIPLE FRICTION JOINT PILE SYSTEM
Disclosed is a multiple friction joint pile connection construction system to construct: shallow and deep foundations for structures, tie beam construction between footings, passive piles to prevent slope failures beam on elastic foundation, pile cap and tie beam in the construction of pile groups, load transfer platforms isolated (not connected) from the upper structure, retaining structure when constructed with vertical and horizontal orientation, vertical and horizontal drain when perforated blocks are used, landing pier, quay wall and platform construction for coastal and harbor structures, by anchoring to the upper section of the existing bored piles, by anchoring to the upper sections of the columns of the upper structure, in railroad tie manufacture, in transportation structures and in all kinds of similar geotechnical applications.
Below grade, blind side, improved dual waterproofing membrane assembly incorporating a sheet membrane with adhesive to fully bond to concrete/shotcrete, and a method of making, and using same
The present invention relates generally to an improved below grade, blind side, dual waterproofing membrane assembly incorporating a sheet membrane with adhesive to fully bond to concrete/shotcrete, and a method of making and using same. More particularly, the invention encompasses a dual membrane system that acts as a barrier, and prevents, and blocks water and moisture, from passing from one side of the structure to the other side. The innovative barrier layer system can be used along a wall, a floor, a ceiling, or along any structure which requires water or moisture proofing. The invention can be most effectively used between a concrete or shotcrete layer and the surrounding earth, such as, along an area that has a high water table or ground moisture or hydrostatic pressure that may creep into a foundation or a wall. The inventive system comprises two different waterproofing layers, and materials.

WEBLESS CORRUGATED DUAL WALL FOUNDATION DRAIN AND RELATED METHOD
A webless corrugated dual wall foundation drain which is constructed as a hollow rectangular tubular member with an inner corrugated wall formed of HDPE and an integral outer smooth wall formed of the same material. The outer smooth wall of the foundation drain is attached to and integrally formed with the corrugations of the inner corrugated wall through a coextrusion process, thereby significantly enhancing the vertical beam stiffness of the foundation drain and eliminating the need for an internal supporting web.
