Drainage devices and system
A drainage device for use under the floor of a building to facilitate drainage of water along a foundation of the building under the floor. The drainage device can include a corner drainage device that is capable of assuming a number of near 90 degree shapes so that the drainage device can be easily fitted to the corner of the foundation. A bridge drainage device permits more rapid installation of the drainage devices. The bridge device can be used to bridge between two drainage devices so that it is not necessary to cut the drainage devices precisely to fit on a footing of any selected length.

POLYURETHANE COMPOSITIONS FOR SEALING PROTRUSIONS THROUGH PREAPPLIED WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS
A polyurethane waterproofing membrane composition, method of use, and building product containing such composition. The polyurethane composition, upon cure, exhibits strong adhesion to the construction substrates on which it is applied as well as to concrete cast upon the cured membrane, producing a continuous and fully bonded waterproof system, even though different surfaces and surface textures are presented at the surface-to-surface joinder among various components within a pre-applied waterproofing construction site.

PAVEMENT REPAIR SYSTEM
A pavement repair system is provided utilizing solid phase auto regenerative cohesion and homogenization by liquid asphalt oligopolymerization technologies. The system is suitable for use in repairing asphalt pavement, including pavement exhibiting a high degree of deterioration (as manifested in the presence of potholes, cracks, ruts, or the like) as well as pavement that has been subject to previous repair and may comprise a substantial amount of dirt and other debris (e.g., chipped road paint or other damaged or disturbed surfacing materials). A system utilizing homogenization by liquid asphalt oligopolymerization is suitable for rejuvenating or repairing aged asphalt, thereby improving properties of the paving material.

Methods and systems for maintaining aridity
Disclosed herein are methods and systems designed to eliminate or otherwise substantially reduce the amount of water from rainfall that comes into contact with the foundation of a building and the basement walls. Methods and systems described herein will in many instances save users thereof thousands of dollars in costs associated with repairing basement walls that have become cracked or otherwise damaged due to exposure to water and associated structural damage.
