PILE FOUNDATION BEARING PLATFORM SETTLEMENT, REINFORCEMENT, LIFT-UP AND LEVELING STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Provided are a pile foundation bearing platform settlement, reinforcement, lift-up and leveling structure and a construction method thereof. The structure includes a bearing platform and a plurality of pile foundations, a weak soil reinforcement layer under the bearing platform and a pile tip bearing stratum. The weak soil reinforcement layer under the bearing platform forms a plurality of first grouting holes, and the first grouting hole extends through the bearing platform and communicates with the outside. The first grouting hole is used to perform primary grouting in the weak soil reinforcement layer under the bearing platform. The pile tip bearing stratum forms a plurality of second grouting holes, and the second grouting hole extends through the weak soil reinforcement layer under the bearing platform and the bearing platform, and communicates with the outside. The second grouting hole is used to perform secondary grouting in the pile tip bearing stratum.
PRELOADING APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING LOAD AND METHOD OF REINFORCING FOUNDATION USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a preloading apparatus and a method of reinforcing a foundation using the same, wherein, in a preloading method used for remodeling construction in which an extension of a building, such as an apartment, is required, the preloading apparatus allows adjustment of a preloading load, such as addition of a preloading load, to be performed when loss of the preloading load occurs and allows the new pile to effectively share a load applied before and after an extension of a building so that reinforcement efficiency is increased, and thus a load is adjustable economically.
Modular foundation support systems and methods including shafts with interlocking, self-aligning and torque transmitting couplings
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including self-aligning and torque transmitting coupler features wherein a plurality of axially elongated ribs are aligned with a plurality of axially elongated ribs on a second distal end to rotationally interlocked the modular foundation support components to one another. First and second pair of fastener holes are self-aligning with one another to receive a fastener therethrough such that the fastener is mechanically isolated from rotational torque transmission.
Foundation pier system and method of use
A foundation support system and method of installing the foundation support system. The foundation support system includes a pier system for providing support beneath a foundation, a support member, and a heave plate attachable to a bottom surface of the foundation. The method includes driving a pier system using a ram, coupling a support member to the heave plate, and engaging the support member with the pier system.
CENTRIC PIER SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention provides an improved centric pier system and method for installation which in one embodiment includes a torsion adapter configured for slidable receipt of a torsion block assembly with a spherical support and a spherically rotateable torsion coupler; the torsion block assembly extending through a channel presented by vertical support at the torsion adapter which is aligned with the torsion block and the vertical support.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LIFTING BUILDING FOUNDATIONS
A lift bracket system for lifting a building structure such as a foundation and the like comprising a lift plate having a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface for insertion under the building structure; a generally cylindrical housing affixed to the lift plate and extending perpendicularly from the top surface and the bottom surface of the lift plate, the housing defining a generally circular opening through the lift plate, the opening being disposed away from the center of the lift plate; and at least one gusset for supporting the lift plate, the gusset having a first end and a second end, the gusset disposed beneath the lift plate, wherein the first end of the gusset is attached to the bottom surface of the lift plate and the second end of the gusset is attached to the housing.
Supporting device and method for calculating jacking force thereof
A lightweight multifunctional supporting device and a method for calculating a jacking force thereof. The lightweight multifunctional supporting device includes a supporting frame and a jacking device, the jacking device includes a screw rod and a jacking seat, the screw rod (21) is provided vertically and is fixed on the supporting frame, the jacking seat is provided thereon with a vertical threaded hole and is provided with a lateral rotation rod, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the threaded hole. The method for calculating the jacking force of the supporting device above.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LIFTING A CONCRETE SLAB
A lifting system utilizing a lifting apparatus for lifting a floor (e.g., a concrete slab) using the lifting apparatus to support a floor from under the floor during lifting. The lifting apparatus may have a first portion (e.g., an extension member and saddle) installed under a slab. Piers are driven into the ground through the first portion of the lifting apparatus. Thereafter, a second portion of the lifting apparatus is operatively coupled to the to the first portion and the uppermost pier. A lifting device (e.g., hydraulic ram) is operatively coupled to the lifting apparatus and/or the pier and is used to lift the slab.
BUILDING FOUNDATION REPAIR PIER AND PERMANENT SUPPORT
Methods and apparatus are provided for a system for raising and permanently supporting a sunken building foundation footing. The system includes a cylindrical sleeve disposed inside a hole cored through the footing from a top surface of the footing adjacent a stem wall to a bottom surface of the footing, wherein the sleeve has an inner diameter large enough for pier extensions to pass through. A bracket positioned on the top surface of the footing over the sleeve has a center hole with a diameter equal to or greater than the inner diameter of the sleeve. The system may further include a mechanical connection from the bracket to the footing configured to carry a foundation lifting force from a hydraulic ram.
