FOUNDATION REINFORCING APPARATUS USING BRACING-TYPE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE AND LATERAL PRESTRESSING DEVICE AND METHOD OF REINFORCING FOUNDATION USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a foundation reinforcing apparatus using a bracing-type supporting structure and a lateral prestressing device and a foundation reinforcing method using the same, wherein, in the foundation reinforcement used for remodeling construction that requires an extension of a building such as an apartment, the foundation reinforcing apparatus introduces lateral pre-stressing force into a bracing-type supporting structure to introduce a preloading load to a new pile of a new footing by using an upper supporting plate, which is connected to an existing vertical part and an existing slab, as a reaction bed and allows the new pile to share a load applied before and after the extension of the building so that reinforcement efficiency is increased, and thus construction is performed economically.
Foundations system for towers and method for installing the foundations system for towers
Foundation system for towers, especially for onshore wind turbines, comprising a central shaft buried or partially buried, preferably hollow and formed by dowels made from precast concrete, an essentially flat lower slab and completely buried, and lateral support means in the form of inclined struts that are joined at their upper end with the central shaft and at its lower end with the lower slab, and that are preferably entirely buried. The wind tower is located on the partly buried main shaft. The foundation system may comprise other lower elements connected with the lower slab, such as radial ribs or peripheral beams. The struts are preferably prefabricated elements incorporating an efficient and economical connection system by pre-stressing. The foundation system maximizes the fraction of the weight of the foundation by gravity generated by soil or ballast material, allowing an important economy in the structural materials of the foundation.
Recyclable sand-consolidated anchor head prestressed anchor, anchorage jack and its application method
The invention discloses a retrievable sand consolidation anchor head prestressed anchor rod, an anchoring jack and an application method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering. The retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor includes a bolt body 6, a rigid frame 5, a load member 1, a sand column 2, a pressure receiving member 4, a cut-off member 3, and an anchor pier 8. The anchoring jack includes a force transmitting frame 12, a first guiding plate 25, a second guiding plate 28, and a housing 13. The application method includes an anchoring method using the retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head prestressed anchor rod and a method of recovering the retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor rod. After the anchoring of the reclaimed sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor rod, the bolt body can be recovered and reused, and the operation is simpler and more environmentally friendly.
POST-TENSION TUBE FOUNDATION AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING SAME
A post-tensioned tube foundation for supporting a structure subject to high upset forces is described herein. The post-tensioned tube foundation includes an outer CMP, an inner CMP, and a tubular concrete base positioned between the inner CMP and the outer CMP. The outer CMP includes an inner surface that defines a cavity extending between a first open end and an opposite second open end. The outer CMP is positioned within an excavated hole defined along a ground surface. The inner CMP is positioned within the cavity of the outer CMP such that an annular space is defined between the inner CMP and the outer CMP. The tubular concrete base is positioned within the annular space defined between the inner CMP and the outer CMP. A plurality of bracing beams extend radially outwardly from the tubular concrete base.
Tower foundation with concrete box girder beams
Concrete foundations for supporting towers and other structures under heavy cyclical loads are described. Some or all of the major concrete components, such as the beams and the hubs, that form the foundation are fabricated off-site and then transported to the intended use site for the foundation. The concrete components can be fabricated as pre-cast segments, sections, or pieces, with the pre-cast segments then being assembled in the field at the use site to form each component, and the components then being assembled together to form the foundation. In one embodiment, the beams used in the foundation may have a box-girder construction.

Pre-cast concrete foundation of modular construction for telecommunication or wind turbine tower
A modular foundation design for supporting a wind turbine or telecommunication tower, comprised of pre-cast concrete modules offering advantages of off-site manufacture and ease of transportation, but which deign is simple to construct. A base slab is provided comprised of sub-modules/base members arranged together in juxtaposed position which together provide a horizontal surface on which pre-cast pipe members may be stacked in end-to-end position to form a pedestal. Anchor rods extend through the pipe members into screw retainers in the base members, which rods serve to not only post-tension the pipe members and secure them together, but further advantageously serve to retain the base members together thereby assisting in distributing forces and loads applied to one sub-module/base member over the entire base slab. Coupling means to further couple the base members together may be added to better retain the base members together and still further improve distribution of forces.
