A bearing device includes a large-diameter section that is provided on a shaft and regulates an axial position of a collar relative to the shaft. The bearing device has a bearing that rotatably retains the shaft at a position outside of a boss section, and has a cylindrical bearing member opposed to the opposing section of the collar at one end. The bearing device includes a floating seal for sealing a lubricant which is sandwiched between the opposing section of the collar and the one end of the bearing member. The bearing device includes a mounting member mounted to the end of the shaft from the other end side of the bearing member and configured to regulate the axial position of the bearing relative to the shaft.

BEARING DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINE

To provide a bearing device which can ensure the sealing performance by using floating seal to eliminate the need of adding lubricant over a long term and a construction machine comprising the bearing device. The bearing device comprises a shaft. The bearing device comprises a boss portion having a bearing rotatably holding the shaft. The bearing device comprises a cylindrical collar mounted on an end part side of the shaft rather than the boss portion. The bearing device comprises a floating seal for sealing lubricant sandwiched between the boss portion and collar. The bearing device comprises a pin being inserted into the insertion holes provided in the shaft and collar and integrally fixing the shaft and collar at a position where a predetermined axial load is applied to the floating seal between the collar and boss portion. The bearing device comprises a bracket having an opening for mounting the collar.

Hitch assembly for articulated machines

A hitch assembly adapted to facilitate an articulation of a second frame relative to a first frame of an articulated machine includes a housing, a shaft member, and a pin member. The housing has a cavity, and is adapted to be coupled to the first frame through first fasteners. The shaft member has a through-hole and is received into the cavity, and is rotatable relative to the cavity and the housing to facilitate an oscillation of the second frame relative to the first frame. The pin member is received into the through-hole, and is rotatable relative to the through-hole and the shaft member to facilitate the articulation of the second frame relative to the first frame. The pin member is adapted to be coupled to the second frame through second fasteners.

DIGGING EQUIPMENT AND OPERATING MACHINE

A digging equipment includes a coupling portion coupling the digging equipment to an operating machine, an equipment body having abutment runners with a working surface, a digging tool movably mounted in the equipment body around a rotation axis (R), projecting partially frontally to the abutment runners and peripherally having a plurality of excavation elements. Adjustment means of the excavation depth of the digging equipment are functionally connected to the equipment body and to the digging tool to adjust a relative distance between the abutment runners and the plurality of excavation elements. Articulation means, mechanically interposed between the coupling portion and the digging tool allow the rotation axis (R) to move around an incident or orthogonal tilting axis (T) with respect to the rotation axis (R).

Arm for working machine, bearing member, and manufacturing method of the arm for the working machine

The arm for the working machine includes: an arm body; and the bearing member attached to the arm body. The bearing member includes: a boss; and the greasing tube having: one end portion attached to a greasing hole provided on the boss; the other end portion attached to the arm body; and a tube body portion connecting the one end portion and the other end portion. The side surface of the arm body is provided with a cutout portion to which the tube body portion is inserted, the cutout portion opening toward the tip end portion. The one end portion of the greasing tube and the tube body portion are housed inside the arm body. The other end portion of the greasing tube is oriented to an outside of the arm through the cutout portion and fixed to the side surface of the arm.

PIN LOCK ASSEMBLY

A pin assembly for a component, such as a trunnion bracket, includes a pin received in pin hole of the component, and a retainer received in a retainer opening of the component to releasably secure the pin in the pin hole. The retainer can be secured to the pin, such that the pin and lock assembly rotate as a single component.

SWIVEL JOINT AND CONSTRUCTION MACHINE HAVING THE SAME

Embodiments of the present disclosure may be directed to a swivel joint for connecting hydraulic oil between a lower body of a construction machine and an upper body rotatably supported by the lower body, the swivel joint including: a rotation support body including a first body supported by the lower body and a second body rotatably coupled to the first body and rotating together with the upper body when the upper body rotates; and a sensor supported by the rotation support body to detect rotation of the upper body.

Fuel tank drain plug

Power machine fuel tanks include a plug receptacle and a cover for the plug receptacle which seals the plug receptacle from an interior of the fuel tank. A receptacle insert positioned within the plug receptacle allows a fuel plug to be removably secured to the fuel tank. The cover prevents leakage from inside the fuel tank through the plug receptacle, regardless of whether the plug is secured within the receptacle insert, unless the cover has been removed from a sealing position.

WORKING MACHINE

A working machine, in which a detection device for detecting a swing position of a supported member is prevented from being damaged, includes a support member pivotally supporting the supported member via a pivot, and a cylinder telescopically moved by extension and contraction movement of its piston rod with respect to its cylinder tube by hydraulic fluid flowing through a fluid passage formed in the piston rod. The cylinder tube is pivotally supported by a first end portion of the support member, and the piston rod is pivotally supported by a second end portion of the support member. The detection device for detecting a telescopic movement state of the cylinder is provided between the cylinder and the support member.
