Swivel joint for working machine
An embodiment of this invention provides a swivel joint for a working machine that makes it easy to install a device for detecting rotation angle and is able to suppress the increase of the size due to the installation of the device. An embodiment of the present invention includes the swivel joint that includes an outer body being secured on one of the lower traveling body and the upper swiveling body and having a blocking surface on one end; an inner body being secured on another of the lower traveling body and the upper swiveling body and being relatively and rotatably fitted in the outer body while opposing to the blocking surface at one end n in the manner of making a space; a pilot oil passage being formed on rotational center line CL of the inner body for distributing pilot oil; a rod being inserted into the pilot oil passage and being secured on one of the outer body and the inner body; and a rotation angle sensor being secured on the other end of the outer body and the inner body for detecting a rotation angle of the rod.
Service pin assembly for a machine
A service pin assembly for a machine includes a service pin and a tray for retaining the service pin. The tray is attachable to a frame of the machine, and is pivotable relative to the frame between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the tray facilitates a storage of the service pin with the machine. In the second position, the tray facilitates an engagement of the service pin with a lift arm of the machine and the frame to restrict a relative movement between the frame and the lift arm.
ARMREST-MOUNTED CONTROL DEVICE WITH FORE/AFT ADJUSTMENT
A vehicle control device is mounted on an adjustable armrest assembly coupled to a frame of a vehicle. The longitudinal position of the vehicle control device and an armrest may be adjusted by rotating the armrest upward towards a vertical position, sliding the armrest forward or rearward relative to the base and into the desired position, and then rotating the armrest downward toward the horizontal position.
LOADER FRAME
Power machine frames for power machines such as skid steer loaders that include features for aiding in the manufacture of the power machines, providing space saving advantages in the design of the power machine, and/or providing performance advantages for the power machine.
PIVOT OFFSETTING IMPLEMENT ASSEMBLY ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
An attachment system for attaching an implement mounting assembly to a vehicle is disclosed. The attachment system includes a vehicle attachment component that is fastenable to a front portion of the frame of the vehicle, and a frame attachment component that is removably attachable to the vehicle attachment component on one end via a securing axis, and pivotably attachable to the implement assembly on another end about a pivoting axis. When fastened to the vehicle, the vehicle attachment component is located upward from the underside of the frame. When the frame attachment component is attached to the vehicle attachment component, the securing axis is located upward from the underside portion of the frame, and the pivoting axis is located downward therefrom.
Equalizer with lubrication
An equalizer for a mining machine includes an equalizer main body, an internal chamber defined by the main body configured to retain lubrication, and a bushing disposed within the internal chamber. The bushing includes an opening. The equalizer further includes a pin disposed partially in the internal chamber and extending through the opening.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine according to one aspect of the present invention, includes a support member, a turn member, a pin inserted to both of the support member and the turn member to turnably support the turn member on the support member, a flange fixed to the pin, a collar inserted to an insertion hole formed in the flange, a retainer bolt inserted to the collar and attached by being screwed to the turn member and the support member, a contact portion included in the flange, and a regulator included in the support member. The regulator contacts to the contact portion with a clearance kept between the collar and an inner circumference surface of the insertion hole, thereby regulating turning of the flange around the pin.
Ball stud joint assembly with grease groove
A ball stud joint assembly for a motor grader may include a housing. The ball stud joint assembly may include a grease fitting to receive grease. The ball stud joint assembly may include a ball stud. The ball stud may include a head. The ball stud may include a stud. The stud may include a grease groove alignable to the grease fitting. The grease groove may include an annular portion and a linear portion. The stud and the housing may form a grease receptacle connected to the linear portion of the grease groove.
Telescoping stabilizer leg systems and methods
A system to stabilize a construction vehicle is disclosed having a frame and a pair of stabilizer legs with ground-engaging shoes at the ends of the legs. The stabilizer legs may pivotally connect to the frame on substantially opposing sides, so that the stabilizer legs pivot upwards to a stowed position and pivot downwards to a stabilizing position where the shoe engages the ground. The stabilizer legs may telescope between a retracted and extended position. The retracted position locates the shoe closer to the vehicle and the extended position further from the vehicle. A pair of hydraulic cylinders may be connected to the respective stabilizer legs to power the telescopic movement of the stabilizer legs between the retracted position and extended position. A controller may allow substantially lateral movement of the construction vehicle while the pair of stabilizer legs are engaged with the ground to support the construction vehicle.
DIGGING ATTACHMENT SUPPORT FOR SHOVEL
A hoist rope connector for a rope shovel includes a link extending between a first end and a second end. A rope attachment member is positioned adjacent the first end and configured to engage a hoist rope. A spherical coupling is positioned adjacent the second end and configured to be coupled to a dipper. The spherical coupling permits rotational movement between the second end and the dipper in multiple directions.
